

This session is about shifting the invisible beliefs that shape how you see yourself and what you feel capable of. Just like air, beliefs are always present—whether they lift you up or weigh you down. When old, heavy beliefs like self-doubt or unworthiness run the show, it’s easy to feel stuck and disconnected from your potential.
In this audio presentation, you’ll learn how to identify and reframe limiting beliefs, use simple practices and crystals to anchor supportive ones, and step into a stronger sense of self-worth and confidence. You’ll leave with practical tools, affirmations, and a writing ritual you can return to whenever you’re ready to let go of what no longer fits and step into the version of yourself you’re becoming.
hi and welcome to this presentation. I'm Kristen.
I'm the owner of Mooncat Crystals, an online crystal shop and Lunar Leo design and online design
assets shop and membership.
In this presentation I want to talk about beliefs. So.
So beliefs are like air.
They're constant, they're often unnoticed, they're all around us and they're shaping how you feel
and how you think and how you behave every single moment of every single day.
And if you're breathing in old heavy beliefs, self doubt, unworthiness, you may feel stuck, you may
feel like your self esteem is low, like you're not as worthy as you should be, or how you should feel.
And so in this presentation I want to help you work through that and I'm going to give you some
tools to work on your belief system, work on your self image and help you over time internalize the
belief that you're worthy, that you're valuable and that you are deserving just for being who you
are.
So when you choose the beliefs that match the version of yourself that you want to become, it can
almost feel like breathing fresh air.
You get rid of that old stagnant heaviness and instead choose to focus on the things that make you
feel good, that make you feel purposeful, that make you feel light, that make you feel free and
alive and safe.
And so that's what I want to talk about in this presentation as well as some tools to do that.
And where I want to start is with your self worth and your identity and your value.
And these things are not earned.
You don't have to do a specific thing, you don't have to work harder, you don't have to be more of
what society tells you to be.
You don't have to produce a certain amount.
Self worth isn't earned, it's inherent.
Just for being you, just for being here in this collective, on this planet, in this experience, at this
time.
And part of your value is getting to choose who you want to grow into, who you want to continue to
become.
We all learn and grow every day and it's okay to outgrow one version of you and want to step into
another.
So it's a normal part of this process to want to choose beliefs and find beliefs and step into those
beliefs align with the person that you want to become, that you want to step into, and not the
version of you that you've outgrown.
And this isn't to say it's easy.
It can be difficult to choose who you want to be and work every day on that version of yourself and
move toward that person.
And that's normal.
Growth can be awkward at first, but that's part of shifting our identities and becoming who we're
meant to become.
So I wanted to talk also about some ideas for reframes because it can be really difficult with some
of these ingrained beliefs, right?
It feels sometimes like we can't be any different than who we are.
And the reason for that is because it doesn't happen instantaneously, right?
It happens bit by bit, piece by by piece, moment by moment, as you choose over and over again to
make different moves, say different things, think different thoughts.
So reframes are small shifts in your language and in your inner speech that open up possibility,
that open up a new way of thinking that over time will start to replace your existing thoughts so
that you can think better thoughts.
And when you're thinking better thoughts, you can take better actions.
And when you're thinking better thoughts and taking better actions, you're going to have better
results.
So I want to start with an example from my own personal experience.
If you don't know me, my history is that I had breast cancer.
I was diagnosed in late 2020 and spent several years going through treatment.
I had chemotherapy and a bilateral mastectomy and radiation.
And then I did a two year course of a newer protocol that helps to reduce the risk of recurrence.
So that was a lot of medication, a lot of time, a lot of ups and downs and it really, when I was
finished, it had eroded my confidence, it had eroded my, my value and my self worth and really a
lot of things relating to how I saw myself and how I interacted with the world.
It affected my memory really significantly for a long time.
And it took quite a while to be able to get that back in, you know, in a way I felt comfortable with or
at a level I felt comfortable with.
So one of the things that I've had to really work on over the past couple of years are these self
beliefs and self identity shifts that I needed to bring back.
And so one of the biggest issues was that I would get overwhelmed so quickly after all of the
medications and treatments and doctor's appointments and news and things like that.
My nervous system was really out of whack and I really couldn't handle much of anything.
And when I started to go back to work and I started to work in my business again, and when I
started to take different things on, initially, I had a real hard time holding all of that.
And I would think, you know, I Can't do this. It's too much.
There's too much trauma from this.
There's too much baggage.
I can't, you know, I can't think this hard.
I can't do this. I can't do that.
And I realized the problem with that is that I'm reinforcing these beliefs.
And so I made one simple change, and that was to I can hold all of this.
I can hold all of this.
And it has taken me so far in a relatively short amount of time.
Anytime I feel overwhelmed, anytime I doubt if I can do all the things I have on my plate, anytime,
you know, I wonder how I'm going to get it all done.
Every time I feel like I don't know how things are going to work out, I stop and breathe and I say, I
can hold all of this.
And I would like to invite you to try that simple shift.
If that is a thing that you are dealing with, if you're dealing with the I can'ts or I don't have the
capacity for this, or things are too crazy, consider telling yourself, I can hold all of this.
Or choose some kind of other similar statement that resonates with you and try that.
Another one is, I'm not ready. I'm not ready for this.
I'm not ready to be a coach.
I'm not ready to do xyz.
I don't know enough try.
I'm learning as I go.
You don't have to be ready. You can choose that.
It's okay to learn as you go.
Another one might be, I don't belong here.
And you might reframe that as this is where I expand into belonging.
This is where I expand into belonging.
So think about what are some heavy beliefs that you can reframe into something lighter?
What is one belief that's not serving you?
What's one thing that you say to yourself in your head over and over again all the time?
Or you say it to your friends or your spouse or your partner? Partner.
What is one thing that you say all the time that isn't helping you get where you want to go?
And what is something that you can reframe that into?
All right, so I also want to talk about crystals for shifting beliefs and identities.
And crystal healing and crystal energy work subtly and in combination with other things.
So crystal energy isn't like turning on a light switch. Right?
We can't just hold a crystal and magically, everything is better.
Instead, crystals help, over time, subtly increase energy flow, help us find something to focus on,
give us a touch point, give us an anchor to really make these beliefs into something physical, into
something tangible that we can hold, that we can touch, that we can see, that we can put in our
pocket, that we can keep with us to remind us of these shifts that we want to make.
So here are a couple of crystals for shifting beliefs and identities.
And the first one is Citrine.
Citrine is a beautiful yellow stone, and its properties are confidence, optimism, prosperity, and then
stepping into visibility.
Citrine helps clear out all of this stuff, keeping you from abundance, all of these stuck, stagnant
energy that's keeping you in one place and closing you off to what you want.
So it's useful because it can help you really breathe in fresh beliefs about your worth, about
possibility, instead of staying stuck in those old scarcity narratives.
Citrine also reminds you to claim space and own your next chapter.
All right, the next one is Labradorite.
Labradorite is a stone of magic and transformation and intuition and protection during change.
It's got that flashy Labrador essence, and it's useful for supporting identity shifts by helping to
shield you from old patterns and outside judgments.
It encourages you to trust the unknown and expand into your becoming.
So it's a great crystal for things that have to do with tapping into your inner knowing, tapping into
possibility, tapping into magic in life, and really working with that and flowing.
All right, the next one is Rose Quartz.
And Rose Quartz is such a fun stone because everybody talks about it being about love and they
think it's for, you know, romance and relationships and things like that.
But also remember that Rose Quartz's energy of love means self love, compassion, emotional
healing, trusting yourself, giving yourself grace, giving yourself a break, focusing on yourself when
you need to, to help yourself expand.
So Rose Quartz properties are generally self, love, compassion, emotional healing, and it helps to
strengthen the foundational belief I am worthy of love as I am.
I am worthy of love as I am is a great mantra to use Rose Quartz to work with.
Working it with it in this way can help you reframe harsh self talk into supportive inner dialogue.
All right, next up, we have Amazonite.
And the properties of Amazonite are clear, communication, truth and balance.
Amazonite is greenish blue, so it helps connect the throat chakra and the heart chakra for clear
communication that comes through your heart, so through your heart, into your throat.
And Amazonite encourages speaking and embodying new beliefs out loud.
It supports aligning your inner truth with your outer expression so that your words match your new
identity.
Next up, we have Fluorite a stone of wisdom and strength and organization.
And fluorite is great for clarity, focus, and clearing mental clutter.
So if things feel foggy or out of focus or disorganized, try fluorite to bring in balance and clarity and
some of that focus.
It's useful for helping you notice old unconscious beliefs that mental clutter or mental smog and
clear space for being able to find ways to reframe things.
It also anchors mental focus on what you're choosing now, so it helps you really lock in.
And then the last one is tiger's eye.
Tiger's eye is a great stone for courage, grounded confidence, and then practical action.
And it supports your confidence when you're stepping into a new identity.
If you're feeling shaky, if you're feeling uncertain, it can really help you act on your new beliefs
confidently instead of slipping back into those old habits and those comfort zones.
It can help you bravely move forward instead of sliding backwards.
So these are some crystals that you can use as you work on building your beliefs.
They serve as anchors.
So each time you hold them or each time you see them, they help remind you to breathe and move
forward with those beliefs that you're building, the ones that reflect who you're becoming, who you
want to be, instead of unconsciously recycling those old beliefs that you're trying to release.
All right, and so to put this all together, I want to give you a crystalline writing ritual to help you
release old beliefs and claim new ones and really help you ingrain those.
So what you're going to do is gather your supplies.
You'll need a couple of sheets of paper and a pen or pencil.
You will need a fire safe bowl or a dish with some matches or a lighter or a candle.
You'll need a crystal or two of your choice that supports your processes.
So, you know, for example, maybe you want fluorite for clarity and that clear thinking.
Maybe you want citrine for confidence or rose quartz for self worth and compassion.
And then what you're going to do is you're going to sit down and make a list of your old beliefs.
So on one sheet of paper, you're going to write down all of the beliefs that feel heavy, limiting, or
no longer true to who you're becoming.
So, you know, if you had for, from these examples, if you had I'm not ready, or you know, perhaps
something like, I always struggle with money, all of those things that you're telling yourself that
you want to get rid of, write those down on a sheet of paper. I Don't belong.
I can't handle it. I can't hold this.
I'm not ready yet.
Write those all down, as many as come out.
Let yourself free, write and you know, don't be afraid to, you know, write and write and write until
you get them all out.
And then what you're going to do is take your second sheet of paper.
And for every belief, every belief that you're getting rid of, you want to write a positively framed
one that supports you.
So for I'm not ready.
It might be I'm learning as I grow.
I can't do this.
Could be I can hold this. I am enough.
So for each of those old beliefs, write a new belief on your new piece of paper.
Once you're done with that, you're going to release your old beliefs.
So take the first piece of paper with all of the limiting beliefs or the old beliefs, and you're going to
put it in a fire safe bowl and burn it.
You may want to do this outside.
Make sure you have some water nearby, just a glass of water or, you know, in your sink someplace
that you know you're not going to have a problem with sparks or anything like that.
Always burn things safely, but burn it and let it go and know that it's gone from your energy and let
this be an open space, a clear blank slate for your new beliefs to come in.
And so now you'll want to anchor in your new beliefs.
So keep this list somewhere that you'll see it often.
Maybe taped your mirror tucked in your journal under a crystal on your desk.
And then each time you see it, let your crystal remind you of the beliefs that you're actively
choosing to set and that you're actively choosing to step into.
All right, and to wrap this up, I've got two more quick activities for you.
I want to just pull a card and see what comes through.
This is the Starseed Oracle.
And this is the deck that I use when I do all of my readings because I love the messages that come
through.
And this first one is we're gonna.
I guess we're gonna do two because I said first one.
So this one is called Soul Gifts and Training.
It's time to step up.
So what this is is it's a pair.
It's a image of a figure walking through a door into like a new galaxy.
And there's ancient writing on the walls.
And it's really a theme of taking steps forward into the unknown, into the next place, into, into your
goal or into your destination.
So how can you get closer to where you want to go?
And how can you take steps forward to get there?
And it's a perfect representation of what we've been talking about, because we're talking about
changing your beliefs to change your life, to step into who you want to become.
It maybe feels a little bit unknown because we've never been that version of ourselves before, but
we're on the journey, we're taking these steps, and we're headed into the next version of
ourselves.
All right, and one more card here.
All right, and the.
This card is Earth School.
So it is a female figure diving into clouds from kind of a supernova.
It's a cool image.
And the keywords on the cards are, are life lessons.
Soul growth, study, and higher learning.
And those are all perfect again, for this conversation.
We've been talking about growth.
So soul growth and study.
You know, learning how you can work with.
Work with your mind, work with your beliefs and change them. Right?
Our brains are very changeable.
It's called neuroplasticity.
And you can literally change your mind by changing your beliefs.
And that affects every part of you.
How you interact with the world, how you interact with yourself, the way you feel, the things you
do.
So this is a great reminder as well to keep going, keep learning, keep making the choices that
serve you, that support you, and learning about, you know, not only what it is that you want to
move into and what you want to do, but how you want to get there, how you can grow, how you
can accomplish these things that you know you're meant for.
So I hope this was.
This very mini reading was helpful.
And then before we go, I just want to encourage you to take a minute, close your eyes, take a
breath, and take your attention up past the ceiling, past the clouds, past the sky, past the stars, up
and up.
And eventually you'll connect with the universe.
Then you'll notice a light coming down, surrounding you.
Starts over your crown, and it washes over your head, washes over your third eye, clears out any
problems, any thing preventing your vision, your clarity.
Washes down over your face, down over your neck, your shoulders, clears out your throat chakra,
clears out your heart chakra and moves down your torso, clears out your solar plexus chakra,
clears out your sacral chakra and your root chakra.
It moves down your legs, over your knees, over your feet.
And you see these tendrils of light that start growing through your feet into the ground.
They go down, down, down into the center of the earth and wrap around the core of the Earth,
securing you, holding you firmly to the planet, grounding you, clearing out any energy that doesn't
need to be there.
It just gets absorbed into the Earth and recycled.
And then the Earth is going to send some energy back up those roots, up into your body, through
your feet, through your legs, for your hips, through your torso.
It's going to fill you up all the way to your neck, fill up your whole head, fill you all the way up into
your crown, goes all the way down into your fingers and toes.
And then you start to glow.
And as you glow, you feel yourself expand more and more until you become one with the universe.
What would it take to step confidently into your next chapter?
What would it take to rewire your beliefs so that they were positive, so they moved you forward, so
they helped you create the life you've dreamed of?
Everything in the way of that clear and delete across all time, all space, all dimensions and all
realities.
What would it take for you to speak gently to yourself?
What would it take for you to be your own biggest ally?
What would it take for you to help yourself, to teach yourself to speak in ways that move you
forward, that help you grow, and that create unshakable self confidence, unshakable worthiness
and limitless potential?
Everything in the way of all of that clear and delete across all time, all space, all dimensions and all
realities.
All right, sit here for a moment, or as long as you need, wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, come
