In this presentation, Evakarin shares personal experiences and insights about overcoming challenges and finding magic in difficult situations, emphasizing the importance of perception and growth. She is introducing a five-step process for changing difficult feelings into empowered actions.
Living beyond fear can be magical.
At times, life can feel challenging, overwhelming, and even very painful.
But how we experience life come down more to anything, to perception, how we choose to see it.
And I've been gifted with many challenges in my life.
Yeah, gifted because every one of them forced me to face something inside myself and to grow
beyond it.
There were moments I envied those who seemed to live a normal life.
And at other times, I felt grateful that mine had been anything but ordinary.
Through the contrast, I found clarity.
And through the struggle, I found strength.
And through the discomfort, I discovered magic.
My wish for you is that you begin to see the same magic, especially in the moments you least
expected.
The kind of magic that hides within the very challenges we often try to avoid.
I want you to let go, judging your feelings as positive or negative.
That language limits you.
Instead, learn to describe what you sense.
Be brave enough to feel what feels uncomfortable.
Because hidden in that discomfort is treasure.
So let me tell you a story about Jennifer.
I have focused on what I want, but it. It doesn't work.
I feel the same way.
And nothing is changing.
It's just getting worse.
Jennifer was devastated.
She had been procrastinating with tasks in her business for months, and they have been building
up.
And now she was close to panicking.
What are you feeling right now? I asked.
I don't like myself.
I'm disappointed myself.
And I have disappointed my clients.
That's even worse.
It feels like I can never succeed with anything.
And when you ask me to think about the future, it only feels heavy and tiresome.
I just want to go to sleep.
Jennifer is not alone.
She did her best to see a better future for herself and at the same time was battling her feelings of
disappointment.
And maybe you have been there too.
There are two big misconceptions when it comes to Law of Attraction and how to manifest.
The first one is that things will start to manifest when you start working with the Law of Attraction.
We are manifesting in every moment.
We would cease to exist if we didn't manifest.
The question you should ask is, what are you manifesting?
Not if you are, and how would you like it to be?
And the second misconception is that thoughts are powerful.
How many times have you heard that if you change your thoughts, your life will change?
If it were that simple, why isn't everybody just changing their thinking?
And I. I tried that.
Changing my thoughts was my strategy when I first entered the field of personal development.
I'm not saying that thoughts have no power.
Of course they do.
But There is something else that is hundreds, if not thousands of times more powerful.
Your beliefs.
When you change your beliefs, your thoughts will effortlessly change with them and your feelings
and your actions.
When taking a look at your life right now, I'm sure you have things you enjoy and things you would
like to change.
Why do you have these experiences?
Your beliefs made you feel something that you reacted to or acted upon.
You took action or did not take action.
And that created the results you're having in your life right now.
The more you can accept taking a hundred percent ownership of your creation, the more power
you have to change.
You want to change.
To be clear, it's not about shaming or blaming for being in an uncomfortable situation.
It's about taking responsible responsibility for that.
It is what it is in the moment that is crucial if you want to change your trajectory.
And we are interacting with people around us all the time and we cannot control what we they do,
what they say, and so on.
But we can work on how we react to what they do, what they say.
We can take responsibility for the situations we have in our lives right now.
That is in our power.
So let's look at the truth of the manifestation cycle.
By following these steps, you will start to recreate your life consciously.
And it might feel like magic.
And remember, it's you doing the magic.
It has five steps.
Decide, feel it, notice the discomfort, acceptance, and take aligned action.
So let's start with deciding.
In my conversation with Jennifer, I asked her to look into the future for what she wanted.
She said it felt dark and heavy.
And I replied that even though she thought she was looking into the future, she had a thick layer of
her past disappointments laid over it.
If you want to create something new, you have to put more focus on your design outcome, feel like
you already have it, and let go of past mistakes and disappointments.
I know it's easier said than done, but keep listening to me.
I will give you ideas of how you can rewire your beliefs.
We know our history, and when we think about our future, we tend to blend in our history with the
mistakes and failures we have had.
It then becomes a mix of expected failures together with the desires we would like to have.
I asked Jennifer what she truly wanted.
Now she answered me differently.
I want to work four days a week, have a lot of quality time with my children, and make my business
profitable.
Her voice sounded different and she sounded powerful and decisive.
To achieve the outcome you want, you need to have a vision that you feel inspired by and be clear
about what you Want to manifest what I have experienced when creating visions.
That is that I cannot see like 10 years into the future.
Maybe you can relate to that.
If the vision is too big, it's difficult for me to be emotionally connected to it.
A good vision should make you feel light, excited, feel like it's the true thing for you, and at the
same time bring up a little bit of fear because then you're emotionally connected to it.
One part of you signals that this is the right path for you.
The other part signals that you have some beliefs that needs to be up leveling.
Do not fall into a trap of believing that you are not meant to do something just because you're up
against some obstacles.
The reason they show up for you is that you are on the right path.
And taking many small steps is in many cases much, much better than trying to take one big one.
It's easy to make changes if you see that your actions are not moving your conscious closer to your
desired outcome.
Hoping for the one big one that fails will easily kick in and old beliefs will make you feel miserable.
I learned this the hard way.
I had been stuck at approximately US$40,000 a year for several years and I was so tired of it.
I wanted to move into the magic six figure range and cross that order most business mentors were
talking about.
I could see how I could.
I could not see how I could do that based on how I had set up my business.
At the time I was mainly working with one on one sessions.
I had developed a unique way of reprogramming the beliefs in the subconscious mind that I called
expansion method.
I decided to roll up my sleeves and go to work.
I created a vision, of course, quadrupling my income, believing it would happen over the coming
year.
I was not prepared for what I had set myself up for.
I had no idea what I needed to face to be able to grow my business that much from where I was.
Over the next three months, I had one limiting belief after another come to the surface. They were
strong.
Eight was a very difficult time.
I had to ask for support and I was grateful that I had taught the expansion method to other coaches
and practitioners so I can ask them for support.
The intensity of heavy motions was too much for me to handle alone.
Sometimes I had two or three sessions in one day.
I felt anxious, called for help, felt good, and three hours later a new layer of anxiety appeared.
What I learned the hard way was that the bigger the gap, the more limiting beliefs there are to
confront.
So when I came up with the Idea that I should make four times as much money as I've ever done
before.
It represented a big gap.
I had to confront many ideas about myself that also had many layers.
Basically, I had to shift my identity.
At the end of these three months of growing, of.
Of going through the roller coaster, emotional ups and downs, I felt like giving up.
I thought to myself that nothing worked.
I didn't feel any different.
I felt like I was stuck in the same spot.
I felt like the expansion method didn't work.
And if that didn't work, I was useless, had nothing to offer people.
That was truly how I felt.
So then I gave it one last try.
If the expansion method was the only thing I knew how to do.
Let's try one last time, I said to myself.
Voila. I was out in the light again.
You know, the expression is always darkest before the dawn.
That was exactly my experience.
Now it's your turn. Make a decision on something you want to create.
Keep your eyes on where you want to go.
It's like when you're riding a bike, you have to look at where you're going.
If you look at where you came from, you will fall off the bike.
The same. If you want to manifest something new, you have to let go the past to create the new.
And my recommendation is that you make it a physical thing, like more money, more clients, or a
loving relationship.
If you answer the question with I want to not worry about money anymore, to feel secure or to be
loved.
Those are all feelings, and you already have the capacity to feel all those things.
Sometimes we don't know what we want because the discomfort of where we are has taken up
most of our focus.
If you are in that place right now, state the opposite.
Make it simple.
Make something up.
If you're worrying about money, the opposite may be to have enough to always be able to pay the
bills and save some.
If you don't have enough clients, the opposite may be to have the perfect amount of clients.
Whatever that means to you.
Your vision is not unrealistic, but the time frame might be.
The trick is to decide what you want to manifest and at the same time not care if you get it or not.
Think about this. If you're thirsty, you want a glass of water.
When you want something, you're telling yourself that you don't have it.
If you have a glass of water, you don't want it because you have it.
Instead of wanting to manifest something, feel as you.
As you already have it.
And that moves us into the second part. Feel it.
I Asked Jennifer how she felt when thinking about her new future.
I feel empowered.
I know what to do and it feels easy. She replied.
That is a feeling I want you to nurture from now on.
I responded, you're giving your subconscious new instructions.
You will always get what aligns with your beliefs.
If you believe that more money is going to make you feel calm, secure, then cultivate the feelings
of calm and secure.
The more you can feel it, the closer you will come to it.
You need to create a new identity that aligns with your vision.
A mindset that pulls you forward instead of keeping you in the same place as you are.
If you have already manifested what you desire, how would you then describe yourself?
That will be your new identity from now on, leaving the old one behind.
Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between reality and fantasy.
Think about this when watching an action movie, you feel the emotions even though you know it's
not for real.
By you stepping into the feeling of already having it, your subconscious mind believes that it has
already happened and in some magical way starts to guide you into having it in this physical
reality.
And one thing I want to say to you, you can never opt out from an unwanted situation, but it will
automatically disappear when you stop focusing on it and start focusing on your desired outcome.
So the second step, notice the discomfort.
The end of his history was that her father was very expressive in his emotions and that scared her.
As a child, he was loving, but some days coming home from work, he was upset by something not
going well.
She learned that she had to look out for his temper.
One of the beliefs she created was I'm not safe.
And she interpreted what she felt into being afraid of being useless, helpless and incapable.
She never thought consciously of it, but her subconscious made that as a new truth for her.
As an adult woman, she recreated different scenarios where she didn't feel safe, she was not aware
of it and blamed other people for the situation she was in.
And it took some time to be bravely responsible for her for her reactions to these situations,
releasing layers of trauma from her life.
We don't know what is hidden in our subconscious minds.
When I meet someone who says, oh, I know exactly what my limiting belief is, I'm thinking to
myself, yeah, you know, but one or maybe a few.
But I promise you there are more and there also lots of layers to them.
So what are the thoughts you have that run automatically in your mind?
What are they saying to you?
Are they saying things you don't want to hear?
They are giving you clues to what your limiting beliefs are so you can become aware of them and
upgrade them.
How many times have you heard the voices in your head that talk badly to you and felt like they
were telling the truth about you?
Every time you feel it, you're adding layers to your subconscious beliefs that trigger the thoughts
and creating this downward spiral.
It is when we get uncomfortable, stressed and afraid that we have the opportunity to become
aware of what is in the subconscious mind hiding behind below the surface.
So by thinking of the worst case scenario, facing the thing you're most afraid of will happen, and
accepting that as a possibility, you're becoming proactive.
What usually happens is that we try to distract ourselves from what we're feeling.
Watching Netflix, drink, eat, work and do other stuff.
Anything that keeps us being busy and away from being aware of what we're feeling or we believe
that what we feel is the truth about ourselves.
Setting goals to create something you haven't created before and raising your vibration from worry
and doubt and fear to common trust will activate your old belief system.
They can show up in many different ways, but you will know when they come because it will give
you discomfort in your body.
And it's not a bad sign.
It's a sign that you're moving towards growth and you can push through if you're that kind of
person.
But I prefer a smoother way, allowing the sensation to come accepting them and trust that they're
holding the key to move me to my next level.
So the third one, acceptance.
Jennifer started to accept and own her feelings and that the reason she had them came from her
childhood.
She could see how her beliefs of not being safe had played out in many different parts of her life.
Not trusting men, financial stress, and starting a company that gave her many opportunities to feel
unsafe.
Even though it will take some time for the old beliefs to go, it will not take the same amount of time
to create a new direction.
The more you can keep focusing on your design outcome and accept what is coming up, the faster
it will change.
We all have beliefs that we don't want to feel and they feel like it's the truth, but they never are.
The truth of who you are feels good always.
It's the lies about you who are creating discomfort.
Imagine that you have hurt yourself and it's painful.
Your attention goes to that part so you can take care of it and heal.
It's the same with emotions.
When you feel emotional pain, your attention goes there so you can take care of it and heal.
It wants to be free from you as well.
And when it shows up, it's ready and willing to be set free.
If you fight against it, it's just you fighting against yourself.
When you accept it, you're giving yourself attention and self love.
Allow it to be and it will leave you.
And when the painful sensation is gone, you will feel calmer and more secure.
So the last step, take aligned action.
Nothing happens without action.
The difference between taking action when you feel calm and secure compared to when you're
stressed is massive.
When you have a high vibration, you will feel good and think uplifting thoughts.
You're sending good vibes to your surroundings and people receive you very differently compared
to when you are a low vibration.
A high vibration is when you feel safe, confident, strong, passionate, joyful, loving.
Low vibrations are when you're in fear, doubt, stress and frustration.
You can feel what kind of vibration you're in.
I had a period in my life where I started to get worried.
I felt fear especially at night, which is a really bad time to feel fear and worry.
The last thing you have on your mind before you go to sleep are what you program your
subconscious mind with.
I couldn't help myself.
I asked for support and I was back on an emotional roller coaster.
I felt good for a few days.
Something's only for a few hours.
And the next day I came up to the surface.
I was wondering if I could ever be released from fear and worry.
These feelings that has been with me as long as I can remember.
And the more I felt it, the more I could see how it affected my business.
It went downhill.
So when you have the same emotion coming back over and over again, it feels like it will never
change, but there is an end to it.
And one day I felt the absence of fear and worry.
My confidence had placed worry and something that I have difficulties to describe with words.
But it's like a total trust I don't need to know.
It's more like my life is an exciting journey.
So by sending out a different vibration, it didn't take long before my business started take an
upturn.
I got offers to take on more coaching.
New clients came to me by recommendation.
And that was not all.
I automatically changed how I took action.
It was easy.
Suddenly I started to take action with eastern things I knew I should have done long before.
But somehow I didn't do it.
So when you're in a high vibration, it can feel like good things just fall into your lap.
When that happens, you have planted seeds in the past that are now able to come into fruition.
When you're in a high vibration and feel inspired to take action.
It's most likely your intuition nudging you.
Intuition comes in whispers.
You might get a nudge to go and buy some ice cream even though it's not a very sunny or hot day
and you don't usually eat ice cream.
Following that in a nudge, you go to the ice cream store anyway and then you just start to have a
chat with someone who later becomes an important connection helping you towards your desired
outcome.
That is how the intuition and aligned action can play play out when good unexpected things show
up for you situation that you never could have figured out.
It's a sign that you have atlevel yourself and on the path that is the right path for you.
When you are in a high frequency, you become magnetic to what you want.
Jennifer was now in a different place.
She had a specific goal that she felt good about.
And the work she had done to accept her shortcomings had finally helped her to find peace within.
There was some cleaning up to do.
She had to make some uncomfortable phone calls and send a few emails to her clients whom she
hadn't served well while doing that.
She did it from the perspective of I'm not pretending anymore.
This is who I am and this is what I have been going through.
Most of the clients were understanding and wanted to continue working with her.
The few that left her made her sigh with relief because they had been the clients who took up most
of the time and gave the least revenue back.
So now I want to share with you five simple steps for you to release.
Rewire your beliefs so you become empowered.
So think about what you desire.
Choose a specific goal.
Imagine that you have already achieved it and notice how good it feels.
Don't aim too big or too far into the future.
It doesn't mean you can't achieve substantial ambitious goals.
If it's really large, you might not connect with it emotionally as I mentioned before, which is
necessary to propel you forward.
If you have a big goal, break it down into minor goals so you can emotionally connect to it and
make it into more smaller manageable goals.
So it's easy to know today what what steps to take towards it.
Step number two. Consider the worst case scenario.
What is the worst that could happen?
Understand that this is just one of many possible outcomes.
Dig deep and and don't stop at the first answer for each response.
Ask yourself what's the worst thing about that?
And then again, what's the worst thing about that?
Continue until you can think of no further answers.
Accepting this scenario is crucial because fear of the outcome can keep you stuck.
Acceptance is powerful.
It calms your nervous system and diminish the fear.
It diminish the fierce hold of you.
Because when you have experienced the worst case scenario and survived, you're actually telling
your creative brain that I survived.
I can do it again.
So step number three.
Forgiveness is a vital tool.
Instead of directing it towards others, turn inward.
You possess everything needed for transformation within yourself.
Place your hand on your heart and say, I forgive myself for believing.
Informed by the specific fear or limiting belief you identified.
And repeat this until you truly accept and receive the forgiveness.
Step number four.
Now liberated from unconscious fears, revisit the positive feelings associated with achieving your
goal.
Spend some time relaxing and daydreaming.
In a relaxed state, your subconscious mind is more receptive and especially just before sleep and
the first thing upon waking.
Enhance this process by doing something joyful or fun just before you relax and visualize your
success.
Happiness accelerates your ability to internalize positive outcomes.
And step number five.
Close your eyes and consult your intuition.
What action do I need to take to create this outcome?
What action do I need to take today to move this forward?
Do what your intuition tells you to do.
Even if you cannot see the benefit of it logically.
You will be amazed at how you will start experiencing that you are at the right place at the right
time.
Connect with your intuition which holds all the answers.
Intuition might subtly nudge you, provide images or even words.
It's a brief but genuine knowing and might not come right away.
Can take some time.
And if you have fear and doubt that accompanies this, intuitive signals, it's not intuition.
And if you're new to this, be patient and practice.
It takes time to strengthen this intuition muscle.
So I want to end with some more wise words.
You are more powerful than you might think.
Living beyond fear is magical.
Nature is searching for life and growth everywhere.
Be like nature and instead of making choices based on fear and limitations, make them based on
growth.
Allow you to trust yourself in the process.
Your current situation is the result of your past choices and actions.
Before accepting responsibility, you empower yourself to reshape your reality.
I'm continually amazed at how every person has a unique story.
And yet we are profoundly similar.
We experience the same emotions, we share the similar wounds.
And we're all in pursuit of feeling good.
And the journey to feeling good and confident with lies in accepting ourselves as we are beyond
fear.
It's a beautiful process to peel away the layers of beliefs that prevent you from expressing your
true self.
True freedom comes from releasing the limiting beliefs about who you are.
You reclaim the innocence of your childhood now enriched with the wisdom you gathered along the
way, and this transforms you into a powerful creator capable of reshaping your life repeatedly and
enjoying the journey you have been granted.
When you release fear and worry and start to trust yourself and life, you'll notice magical shifts in
your external reality.
New opportunities will emerge and you'll confidently embrace them, feeling deserving of these
experiences and enjoying the world you've crafted for yourself.
Thank you so much for having listened to this, and what I most of all want for you right now is
fearless success.
