Let me give you a simple model of the mind that I use ...
with my clients.
Think of of your mind as two parts.
Number one, the conscious mind.
This is the logical, analytical part,
about 5% of your daily activity.
It's the part making decisions, planning and setting goals.
The subconscious mind, this is is the deeper layer,
about 95% of what runs us.
It stores our memories, it stores habits and past ...
conditioning and automatic responses.
It doesn't judge what a pattern is useful or harmful.
It just repeats what it has learned.
Here's the challenge.
When burnout happens, it's rarely because your ...
conscious choices alone.
You can decide to rest.
You can decide to set boundaries,
you can even decide to take a vacation.
But if your subconscious mind is running old program ...
or old programs like I must always keep going or I'm not ...
enough or I'm not enough unless I'm producing,
then the body and the emotions won't let you rest.
This is why you don't just need a better strategy.
You need subconscious release.
Until you clear those old patterns,

The water is steady, calm and powerful.
Always moving, always cleansing.
In your hands, you're holding stones.
Each stone represents something you've been carrying.
Stress, worry,
unresolved emotions.
Feel the weight of those stones.
One by one began to release stones into the river.
That's right.
One by one began to release the stones into the river.
With each stone you let go, notice how much lighter your hands feel.
Notice how your shoulders ease,
how your breath deepens.
Watch the current carry each stone away,
farther and farther downstream.
And with every release, feel more energy returning to you.
More space, more lightness.
When your hands are empty, imagine dipping them gently ...
into the cool, clear water.
Scoop some into your palms.
Bring it to your body.
Feel that fresh, clean energy circulating ...
through you, refreshing,
renewing, re energizing every cell.
Let this simple affirmation anchor within you.
Say it in your mind.
Shout it out into the universe.

I choose clarity, peace and renewal.

Your values is some of your deepest level programming.
In every area of your life, you have values.
So what's most important to you in life?
And ask yourself, am I living in a way that ...
honors what matters most to me?
First, get a list of those values by ...
asking yourself a simple question,
what's most important to me in life?
And list those out.
Maybe eight or ten values you might get for living for life.
Because every area has its own values.
But for this particular session, that's due life.
Then ask yourself the question.
Once you get those values, ask yourself the question,
am I living in a way that honors what matters most to me?
And when your actions line up with your true values,
energy flows back into your life instead of leaking away.
