Shift from depletion to empowerment by learning to work with your energy, rather than against it.
Welcome, love to Day 1 of this powerful initiation—one that invites you to step into full ownership of your energy, your essence, and your path.
In today’s transmission, we’re diving into what it truly means to thrive by mastering your energy.
Right now, you might be feeling pulled in different directions, unsure of what you truly want, or lacking the energy to take action. But when you reclaim your energy and align with your true essence, your dreams become clearer, and you have the vitality, courage, and confidence to pursue them.
Without energetic awareness, you’ll keep defaulting to old patterns— like people pleasing, playing small, or self-sabotage—rather than stepping into the life they’re meant to create.
We’ll explore:
But first, if you're new to me or we haven’t connected in a while, let me introduce myself! I’ll keep it short for you.
I’m Alegna Moss, a Life & Soul Magic Coach dedicated to helping women break free from fear and self-doubt so they can fully trust the calls of their hearts and go *all in* on their dreams.
My journey started with a profound spiritual awakening in 2009 after an eye-opening mushroom trip, which set me on a lifelong path of personal growth, self-discovery, and embracing my unique magic. Since then, I’ve been blending the practical and mystical—exploring how we can create true fulfillment by aligning with our soul’s unique essence.
For me, business has been more than a way to create abundance on my own terms—it’s been a deep initiation into self-worth, authentic expression, energetic sustainability, and trusting myself fully. And because I’ve walked this path, I love guiding others through it too.
I’ve worked with energy for over a decade, weaving it into my branding business before stepping into coaching in 2023. After a brief pause to welcome my second baby into the world, I returned earlier this year with a renewed passion for helping others navigate their journey towards deeper authenticity and soul alignment.
At my core, I am a lightworker and paradigm-shifter, devoted to anchoring in the *New Earth*. Nothing lights me up more than seeing people embrace their truth, break free from conditioning, and show up in the world with an open heart.
Now, imagine this:
When you are fully owning your energy—when you trust yourself and honor your truth—you show up in life differently. You move with confidence. Decision-making becomes clear—you say *no* to what drains you and *yes* to what excites you, even if it feels uncertain.
Your relationships shift as well. Instead of molding yourself to fit others' expectations, you attract people who truly resonate with your energy. Conversations feel more natural, boundaries become effortless, and connections become more fulfilling.
Day-to-day, you move with intention rather than reacting to life. Maybe you start your mornings with stillness instead of immediately checking your phone. You become aware of what fuels you and make choices that support your well-being. Work and creativity feel lighter—ideas flow, and you take action in a way that energizes rather than depletes you. Life no longer feels like a struggle; it feels like something you're co-creating with ease and joy.
To get to this point, you have to treat your energy as your most valuable asset. It shapes your reality, influences your experiences, and determines how you feel every day. And here’s the truth: You have the power within you to create a life overflowing with joy, abundance, and deep fulfillment.
This journey is about reclaiming that power. Learning to be in your own energy, to trust the natural currents of your desires, and to flow with life rather than fight against it. Because when you do, life opens up in the most magical and unexpected ways.
How Radical Radiance Supports You in This Journey
This is the work we’ll be doing inside Radical Radiance, my high-vibrational coaching incubator designed to help you break through limitations, embody your soul’s unique codes, and create the life your heart truly desires.
As we move through this 5-part series, I’ll be sharing glimpses of how Radical Radiance can support you on this journey.
The program is designed to help you explore, understand, and work with your energy in a way that supports your expansion—without depletion. It’s about aligning with how you’re naturally designed to operate at your best.
We dive into your Human Design, so you can understand how your energy works and what you need to thrive. No more forcing yourself into boxes that are not conducive to your well-being. Instead, you’ll learn to honor your unique rhythm and flow.
You’ll learn to manage your energy on a daily basis —mentally, physically, emotionally, creatively, and spiritually. So you’re not constantly running on empty, pushing beyond your natural capacity, or getting stuck in cycles of burnout. Instead, you’ll cultivate a way of being that allows you to show up as your most radiant, powerful self with ease.
This journey is also about living a life by design, not by default.
So many of us have been conditioned to believe we have to follow a certain path, live up to certain expectations, or sacrifice our joy for success. But that’s not the truth.
In Radical Radiance, we work to decondition you from the limitations and programming that keep you playing small. You’ll begin making choices that reflect what truly matters to you—choices that are rooted in your desires, not in what you think you "should" do.
Instead of reacting to life’s circumstances, you’ll become the conscious creator of your reality. You’ll move through the world with clarity, confidence, and an unwavering connection to your bigger vision.
This is about stepping into your power, reclaiming your energy, and designing a life that feels deeply, truly yours.
Ok with that said, let’s dive into today’s transmission...
Your Most Fulfilling, Expansive, and On-Purpose Life Comes from Being Your True, Authentic Self
From the moment we are born, we are handed a framework for how life is "supposed" to be. We absorb rules, expectations, and conditioned beliefs about success, love, work, and even our own worth. These structures help us navigate the world as children, but as we grow, they often become cages—keeping us from fully expressing who we are and what we came here to do.
The truth is, that your most fulfilling and abundant reality can only unfold when you step into your authentic self.
Lack of authenticity is one of the most common reasons people feel drained, stuck, or unfulfilled. It’s an invisible force that erodes our energy and dims our inner spark. When we live out of alignment with who we truly are, everything feels harder. Our relationships, our work, even our ability to experience joy—it all suffers.
You can only create from a place of true power when you are fully yourself. When you honor your desires, your intuition, and your natural energy, you step into your creative force. Life becomes less about surviving and more about thriving. This is where true freedom and deep meaning are found.
And yet, you might be wondering: *Isn’t my life okay as it is? Do I really need to change?*
Many of us have been conditioned to believe that living authentically is selfish. That prioritizing our own truth means we are neglecting others. So we silence our intuition. We override our inner voice. We shape ourselves to match the energy of those around us, prioritizing their comfort over our own alignment.
We use other people’s happiness as our point of reference, rather than tuning into what actually feels right for us. And in doing so, we slowly disown our energy. We give away our power, letting someone or something else dictate the course of our lives.
Maybe this shows up for you in subtle ways—saying yes to plans when you’d rather rest, biting your tongue instead of expressing your true feelings, or structuring your entire day around other people’s needs, leaving no space for what you truly want. Or maybe it’s in bigger life decisions—choosing a “safe” career path because it’s what’s expected of you, or staying in relationships that drain you because you don’t want to disappoint anyone, or dismissing that big next step in your life your intuition is nudging towards because it doesn’t make logical sense.
I know this firsthand. I spent years following a path that wasn’t truly mine. From middle school through my second year of college, I pursued an education track to be a doctor —not because it was my dream, but because I felt the weight of other people’s expectations of what I *should* do with my potential. I ignored the inner voice telling me I was meant for something different. And when I got married, I made choices based on accommodating my family rather than what truly felt aligned for me and my partner. I look back at my wedding, and instead of feeling deep joy, I feel regret and remember how much I compromised my own desires to keep others happy.
It’s taken me time to break out of these patterns, to release the people-pleasing tendencies that kept me from fully honoring myself.
But what if reclaiming your energy—choosing yourself—was actually the key to everything you’ve been searching for?
This is your invitation to remember that your truth is not only valid, it’s necessary. And when you step into full alignment with who you are, you don’t just change your life—you become a beacon for others to do the same.
Your Reality is a Reflection of Your State of Being (aka Your Vibration)
Your vibration is the energetic frequency that reflects your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and overall state of being. This frequency is constantly interacting with the universe, creating a magnetic pull that attracts experiences that match your energy. The universe responds to your vibration, and it does so without judgment—it simply mirrors what you’re offering.
Perception plays a crucial role in shaping your reality because how you perceive the world directly influences how you experience it. Your mind filters and interprets information based on your beliefs and past experiences. If you see the world as abundant, loving, and supportive, your perception will guide you to notice opportunities and connections that affirm that view. Conversely, if you see the world as hostile or limiting, your perception will focus on challenges and obstacles, reinforcing that belief.
In this way, your vibration and perception work together to shape your reality. The energy you emit attracts experiences that align with your vibration, and your perception of those experiences further reinforces the reality you create.
This is why prioritizing your vibration, or in other words, your state of being is essential.
The key to shifting your reality is to raise your vibration and consciously choose a perception that supports the kind of life you want to experience.
It’s about recognizing the power of your energy and understanding that you are not a passive participant in your life; you are the creator of it. Every moment is an opportunity to tune your vibration to a higher frequency, one that attracts abundance, peace, and growth.
When you elevate your vibration, you elevate your state of consciousness. And when you do that, you have more energy available to you to create the life you desire. It becomes easier to see beyond scarcity, fear, and limitation. You stop feeling like life is something happening *to* you and start experiencing life as something you are actively co-creating.
The higher your vibration, the more life flows, and the easier it becomes to magnetize the things you want. Synchronicities increase, opportunities appear, and things begin to unfold with greater ease.
Owning Your Energy in a World of Influence
Your energy does not exist in isolation. You are constantly interacting with the energies of others—absorbing, syncing, and being shaped by the world around you. This isn’t a bad thing; it’s simply the nature of being human.
We are wired for connection. We have a natural tendency to synchronize with each other’s energy fields. It’s why you can walk into a room and immediately sense tension or why someone’s laughter can be contagious. The energy of those around us is always influencing us, just as our energy influences them.
But here’s the key: If you don’t own your energy—if you aren’t anchored into your own state of being—you will be at the mercy of everything and everyone around you.
When you constantly put external energies—other people’s opinions, societal expectations, or the chaos of the outside world—above your own, you disconnect from your truth. You give away your power.
Your mood, decisions, and even your sense of self can become dependent on external factors. You might:
This is why self-awareness is crucial. When you deeply know yourself—when you trust that you are enough—you begin to cultivate the energetic boundaries that allow you to stay in your own frequency.
Without this foundation, co-dependency forms. We start to rely on other people’s approval, emotional state, or validation to feel secure in ourselves. Our fulfillment and identity become intertwined with the ever-changing moods of those around us, leaving us ungrounded and disconnected from our truth.
But when you own your energy—when you consciously choose your state of being—everything shifts.
This is what energetic mastery is all about—not shutting yourself off from the world, but standing so firmly in your own frequency that you become the one setting the tone.
Reclaiming Your Energy
Reclaiming your energy is about stepping into full ownership of your life—choosing to be intentional about where your energy goes and how you show up in the world. It requires three key shifts:
1. Taking Responsibility – You are the gatekeeper of your energy. This means being conscious of what you allow into your field—whether it's the people you surround yourself with, the media you consume, or the thoughts you entertain. It also means taking ownership of what you put out into the world, and recognizing that your words, actions, and energy all create ripple effects.
2. Honoring Your True Self – Living in alignment requires courage. It means structuring your life in a way that reflects what truly matters to you. This could look like setting boundaries in relationships, choosing work that lights you up, or creating space for rest and joy without guilt. When your commitments, environment, and social life support your truth, your energy naturally expands.
3. Mastering Your Energy – The 4-Part Framework
Self-mastery is about knowing how to navigate your internal state so that you stay aligned with your power. This requires:
1. Presence & Awareness – The foundation of energy mastery starts with being fully present and aware of your thoughts, emotions, and physical state. It’s about being fully engaged in the current moment and paying attention to what’s going on within and around you. This helps you break free from unconscious reactions and reclaim control over your energy. When you're aware of where your energy is going, you can redirect it intentionally instead of letting external influences drain you.
2. Get Perspective & Process Emotions – Instead of getting stuck in limiting stories or negative emotions, you learn to step back, observe, and process them in a healthy way . Emotions like fear, frustration, or self-doubt don’t have to control you—you can acknowledge them, shift your perspective, and release what no longer serves you without avoiding or suppressing it.
3. Align with Your Desires – Living in alignment means making choices that reflect the person you want to become. When your thoughts, emotions, and actions match your desires, you naturally attract what you want. Whether it’s abundance, joy, or freedom, you create the energy of it first, which allows it to flow into your life with greater ease.
4. Nourish Your Well-Being – Your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being all contribute to how you show up in the world. Taking care of your body, setting boundaries, getting enough rest, and surrounding yourself with uplifting energy are essential for sustaining high-vibrational living.
The beauty of this 4-part framework lies in how each part supports and enhances the others. Presence & Awareness helps you navigate and process emotions, which in turn allows you to align more deeply with your desires. When you nourish your well-being, you create the foundation for greater presence, emotional processing, and alignment, thereby perpetuating a cycle of positive energy. Mastering this framework allows you to move through life with greater ease, resilience, and joy, while constantly refining and optimizing your energy for the best results.
When you commit to these practices, you reclaim your power as the creator of your life. You stop reacting to the world around you and start moving from a place of inner alignment and clarity.
Aligning With Our Energetic Blueprint Allows Us to Move Through Life with Greater Ease
When you move in harmony with your natural energy, everything flows with greater ease and grace.
What works for one person won’t necessarily work for another, because we are all wired differently.
When we aren’t aware of our unique energy, we can often feel pulled in multiple directions, trying to meet the needs and expectations of others or society. This misalignment can lead to frustration, stress, and a sense of overwhelm.
This is why honoring your own rhythm, rather than following someone else’s formula, is key to unlocking your magic.
For example: Some people thrive with structured schedules, routines, and clear plans. It helps them stay focused and productive. Others feel stifled by rigid systems and need more fluidity, space, and spontaneity to do their best work.
Neither is right or wrong—it’s simply about knowing what works for *you*.
By discovering and aligning with your energetic blueprint, you’re essentially reconnecting to your true nature. You stop pushing against the current and start moving with it.
The first step is always awareness.
One of the most powerful tools for this self-awareness is Human Design. Think of it as a personalized instruction manual for your energy. It combines elements of astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and the chakra system to create a system that maps out your specific energy patterns, strengths, and challenges.
There are a lot of different elements to your design, but the most important places to start are your type, strategy, and authority.
Your Type represents your core energetic nature and how you're designed to interact with the world. There are five main types, each with their own unique way of processing energy and interacting with others. Understanding your Type is essential because it gives you a broad overview of how you best operate.
Your Strategy is a guideline for how you should approach life to avoid resistance and frustration. It's essentially your "roadmap" for engaging with the world in the most aligned way possible.
Your Authority is your unique decision-making process—how you’re designed to make choices that are correct for you. While Strategy guides how you should engage with the world, Authority provides a more personal, internal mechanism for determining what’s right for you.
I won’t go into detail on the different kinds of type, strategy, and authority here but I created a resource that introduces you to them if you’re not familiar with the system. It also goes into the centers which can show us where we’re susceptible to outside conditioning and the influence of others. That alone can be eye-opening. If you want this resource email me with the words Human Design and I’ll send it over.
Tools like Human Design offer a powerful framework to gain awareness of our unique energy and help us make decisions that honor who we truly are.
By tuning into your design, trusting your rhythm, and making choices that align with *your* flow, you unlock the path of least resistance—the path where your desires unfold effortlessly, without struggle.
Conclusion – Thriving by Being Yourself
When we release the preconceived notions of *how* life should be and start working with our own energy, something powerful happens: we begin to thrive simply by being ourselves.
No more forcing, no more striving to fit into a mold that was never meant for us. Instead, we step into a life that feels aligned, natural, and fulfilling—because it’s built around our true nature.
This is what energetic mastery allows us to do:
It all comes down to three things:
1. Mastering your energy – Knowing how to navigate and direct your inner state.
2. Embodying your authentic expression – Owning who you are without apology.
3. Making aligned choices – Taking action from a place of truth, rather than conditioning.
Before you go back to your day, I invite you to take 5-10 minutes to reflect on the following questions. Grab a journal or just sit with them in quiet contemplation:
1. Where in my life do I feel the most resistance, exhaustion, or frustration? (This could be in work, relationships, routines, decision-making, etc.)
2. Am I following a path or expectation that doesn’t actually feel right for me? If so, what feels more true to me?
3. What is one simple shift I can make today to align more with my natural energy? (Example: Giving yourself permission to rest, making a decision based on your gut instinct instead of logic, saying no to something that drains you, etc.)
Release old patterns of hesitation and open yourself to the transformations you’ve been craving.
Welcome back to Day 2 of your initiation! Hopefully, yesterday’s audio helped you gain some clarity on what in your life needs to shift. Today, we’re diving into the fear that inevitably comes up when we face change.
We’ll explore:
But first I want to share…
How Radical Radiance Can Help You Break Through resistance to change
Navigating change isn’t just about willpower—it’s about reprogramming the patterns that keep you stuck. That’s exactly what we do inside *Radical Radiance*. This process isn’t about forcing yourself forward through sheer determination. It’s about rewiring your nervous system so that change no longer feels like a threat.
Fear isn’t the enemy—it’s a sign that you’re stepping into new territory. But instead of letting it control you, we teach you how to process it, work with it, and move through it so it no longer pulls you back into old patterns. Through deep nervous system regulation, mindset shifts, and somatic practices, we help you build the internal safety you need to take bold, aligned steps forward.
And you’re not doing it alone. The coaching process inside *Radical Radiance* holds you accountable—not to your fears, but to your highest vision. We help you stay anchored in the version of you who is already living the life you desire. When self-doubt creeps in or the temptation to retreat arises, you’ll have expert guidance and a high-vibrational community to support you through the discomfort, helping you maintain momentum.
Because here’s the truth—transformation is easier when you’re surrounded by others who are on the same journey. The energy of the group becomes a powerful force that keeps you moving forward, reminding you that you *can* do this, that you *are* capable, and that you’re not alone.
This is how you finally break free from the cycle—for good.
Ok so let’s dive into today’s topic.
Getting Stuck in the Change Cycle
When we want to change an aspect of our lives, we often imagine it as a straightforward path: we decide, we act, and things shift. But in reality, change rarely happens in a straight line. Instead, it tends to follow a cycle—one that can keep us stuck, looping in the same frustrations, even when we deeply desire something different.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re on the verge of transformation but somehow end up right back where you started, this is why. The change cycle is a pattern we unconsciously repeat, moving between desire, fear, resistance, and retreat. Understanding this cycle is the key to breaking free from it.
Let’s break it down step by step.
1. Discontent – You start feeling dissatisfied with an area of your life. Maybe it’s your job, your relationship, your financial situation, or your lifestyle. But instead of acting on it, you push it down. You tolerate it because it’s familiar, and the unknown feels scarier than staying put.
2. Breaking Point – Eventually, the discomfort grows unbearable. Sometimes it builds gradually, and other times a dramatic event forces you to confront what you’ve been avoiding.
3. Decision – In a moment of clarity, you decide to change. You declare you won’t settle anymore and take the first step. There’s an initial rush of hope and empowerment.
4. Fear – As soon as you encounter the inevitable challenges of change, fear kicks in. Doubts flood your mind. What if you fail? What if you regret this? What if people judge you? These fears often arise when you face real obstacles—loneliness after leaving a relationship, financial uncertainty when starting a business, or the discomfort of learning something new. Suddenly, both options—staying and leaving—seem terrifying. You feel overwhelmed or even helpless.
5. Amnesia – The fear becomes so strong that the old situation no longer seems so bad. It feels less stressful than the idea of change. It's familiar, comfortable, and something you’ve grown accustomed to. It’s even intertwined with your sense of identity, making it hard to let go. You conveniently forget the pain, the frustration, and the reasons you wanted to change in the first place.
6. Backtracking – Instead of moving forward, you retreat. You convince yourself to stay where you are, and the cycle repeats.
So, what does that look like?
Example 1: Leaving a toxic relationship
You know deep down that your relationship is unhealthy. You feel drained, undervalued, and maybe even mistreated. You tell yourself it’s not *that* bad and cling to the good moments. But over time, the emotional toll grows unbearable. One day, something pushes you over the edge—a huge argument, betrayal, or simply waking up exhausted from the cycle. You finally say, “Enough!” and decide to leave. At first, you feel strong and free. But then, the reality of being alone sets in. Maybe you struggle with loneliness, or dating again feels overwhelming. “What if I never find love again?” “What if I regret this?” The loneliness feels overwhelming, and suddenly, your old relationship doesn’t seem so bad. You start remembering the happy times, downplaying the bad. You consider going back—and many people do. The cycle continues unless you break it.
Example 2: Pursuing your passion
You’ve always dreamed of starting your own business, writing a book, or pursuing an artistic career. Your job feels soul-crushing, but it’s safe and pays the bills. You fantasize about a different life but tell yourself, “Now’s not the right time.” One day, something shifts—you’re fed up, you get inspired, or maybe a layoff forces you into action. You take the first step, and excitement rushes through you. Then, fear crashes in as soon as you hit your first real challenge. Maybe no one buys your first product, your writing gets rejected, or you struggle to stay consistent. “What if I fail?” “What if I waste my time?” You compare yourself to others, doubt your abilities, and suddenly, your old life looks appealing again. The cycle tempts you to stay small, but breaking it means pushing through the fear.
Now that we see how this plays out, let’s see how we can overcome the fear.
Overcoming the Fear
Overcoming the fear of change can feel like an impossible task, but there are two powerful ways to break free from the grip of fear. For some, change only happens when staying the same becomes unbearably uncomfortable. This could come in the form of a job loss, a breakup, a financial collapse, or a health crisis. Life has a way of forcing our hand when we resist long enough. Our Higher Self, the part of us that knows what we truly want, pushes us to evolve, often through painful experiences. While this might feel like the only way out, it’s not the most empowering approach.
The more powerful way to shift is through radical self-honesty. This involves recognizing that a part of us might actually be attached to staying the same. Perhaps we benefit in ways we haven’t fully acknowledged—whether it’s familiarity, safety, or a fear of losing our identity in the process of change. When we get real with ourselves about these attachments, we reclaim the power to choose differently. By being honest about what’s really holding us back, we can lessen the fear and take action with more clarity.
To break the cycle, it’s essential to dig deeper into the underlying reasons you’ve been holding yourself back from embracing change. Take a moment to reflect or journal on the following possibilities, making a note of how each one resonates with you:
Now, consider how this ongoing cycle of avoiding change has impacted your life. Have you reached a point where you’re tired of feeling dissatisfied? If you’re ready to face the hard truth, are you willing to swallow the pill of self-honesty, even if it’s uncomfortable? Most importantly, are you at a place where you’re willing to accept nothing less than what you truly want?
By embracing radical self-honesty, you start the process of releasing old patterns and stepping into the life you’ve been yearning for. Change isn’t easy, but it’s the only way to transform your reality and build a future that aligns with your deepest desires.
To help with this process, I’ve created a worksheet with two activities. The first is a "change resume" that helps you see how past changes have led to positive outcomes or valuable lessons. The second is "fear setting," which helps you confront your fears and break them down, making them less intimidating. If you’d like to receive the worksheet, just send me an email with the words "overcome fear.
That’s it for today. On the next audio, we’re going to talk about moving forward with clarity and joy.
Strip away the noise and reconnect with your deepest desires so you can move forward with confidence.
Yesterday, we talked about how we can get stuck in a cycle of resisting change. Today, we’re going to keep clearing out fear so you can reconnect with your deepest desires and move forward with confidence.
Here’s what we’ll explore today:
Fear of the Unknown: Why We Stay Stuck
We, as humans, are wired to seek comfort in the familiar. Even when the familiar isn’t what we truly want, it feels safe simply because we know what to expect. On top of that, we have a deep need for certainty. Our minds crave predictability because it gives us a sense of control.
Fear convinces us that avoiding what we’re afraid of is the safest option. It tells us that stepping into the unknown is dangerous, that it will be hard, that we might fail. And so, instead of moving forward, we hesitate. We stay where it’s safe, even when we know we’re meant for more. The subconscious mind equates change with potential loss, so if we’ve been conditioned to believe growth requires struggle, we sabotage ourselves to avoid it.
But here’s the thing: the path ahead—the one that leads to your dreams—is inherently uncertain. And when we don’t have all the answers, when we can’t predict every step, our minds try to compensate by overthinking.
When we overthink, we get stuck in our heads, searching for certainty where none exists. We analyze every possible outcome, trying to find the “right” path before taking action. But all this does is create mental noise—drowning out the very thing that can helps us move forward: our intuition.
And as if our own thoughts weren’t loud enough, we’re also constantly bombarded with external distractions—messages of fear, scarcity, and doubt. The news, social media, and even well-meaning friends and family can add to the noise, making it hard to hear our intuition. Even when we have clarity on what we want, this outside noise can pull us into second-guessing ourselves.
This combination—internal overthinking and external distractions—creates confusion. And when we feel confused for long enough, it turns into resistance. Instead of taking action, we get stuck.
How Self-Sabotage Manifests
When we’re stuck in confusion, it often shows up as self-sabotage. We say we want something, but our actions don’t align with it. This might look like procrastination—telling ourselves we’ll start when the timing is “right” or when we feel “ready.” It can show up as overanalyzing, where we get stuck in indecision and fear making the “wrong” choice. Sometimes, it takes the form of perfectionism—setting impossibly high standards so we never feel good enough to begin. Other times, it looks like shrinking back, doubting ourselves when things actually start going well. And then there’s creating distractions, where we fill our time with unnecessary tasks, drama, or excuses to avoid what really matters.
The more we recognize these patterns, the more power we have to shift them.
Radical Radiance
One thing I love about *Radical Radiance* is that it helps you navigate the *day-to-day* emotional waves so you can keep moving forward giving it your best —even if today that’s only 20%. We integrate practices that ground you, clear the noise, and reconnect you with your intuition. You get the tools to help you cultivate well-being while energetically holding you to a higher frequency.
Motivation Follows Action
A common misconception is that we need to feel motivated before we take action. But the truth is, that motivation only follows action. The unknown stops feeling scary the moment you take a step into it. It’s no longer some big, looming thing—it just becomes *the thing you’re doing*.
If you wait until you feel ready, you might be waiting forever. The only way to get unstuck is to *move*.
One effective strategy is to break down large tasks into smaller, more manageable steps, which reduces the overwhelming feeling that often comes with change or uncertainty.
The good news? You don’t need absolute certainty to take action. You just need to know the next right step. Act on whatever clarity you already have. Even if you don’t see the full path yet, trust that each step will reveal the next.
Cutting Through the Noise to Move Forward
To truly connect with clarity, we have to create space—space from external distractions, space from mental overactivity, and space from the emotional fog that clouds our inner knowing.
Here are some ways to do that:
1. Quiet the Mental Overload
Overthinking is just fear in disguise. The mind tries to find certainty by overanalyzing, but clarity doesn’t come from thinking more—it comes from thinking *less*. Some ways to break the cycle:
2. Become the Guardian of Your Mind
Your subconscious mind is like a garden—whatever you plant and nurture will grow. Think of fear and resistance like weeds. They don’t need much encouragement to grow—if left unchecked, they can take over, making it hard to see what’s actually possible. If you constantly feed it fear-based information, comparison, and self-doubt, that’s what will take root. Protect your mental space by:
3. Joy is Your North Star
When you intentionally plant seeds of joy—moments of excitement, curiosity, and playfulness—you shift the energy in your mind. Just like sunlight and fresh air help a garden thrive, these moments nourish your spirit and break through the heaviness of resistance. Even the smallest spark of joy can create momentum, shifting you from feeling stuck to feeling open and in flow. Suddenly, you have space to breathe, to explore, to expand.
And this isn’t just about feeling good—it’s about shifting out of fear and into possibility. The more you lean into what naturally energizes you, the easier it becomes to move through resistance. When you intentionally make space for what excites and expands you, clarity and intuition rise to the surface. The next step becomes clearer, and instead of pushing, you allow things to flow.
Think of joy as the language of your intuition. Your intuition is like an inner compass, always nudging you toward what’s right for you. But that guidance doesn’t usually come as a loud, obvious command—it’s subtle. It speaks in feelings, impulses, and gentle nudges. Joy, excitement, and curiosity are some of the clearest signals it gives. When something lights you up, it’s often your intuition pointing you toward the next aligned step.
When you feel genuinely excited, energized, or at peace with a decision, it’s a sign that it’s in harmony with your deeper truth. On the other hand, when something feels heavy, forced, or draining, it’s usually an indication that it’s out of alignment.
The problem is, if we’re overwhelmed with fear, doubt, or overthinking, it drowns out that intuitive guidance. We get stuck analyzing every option instead of listening to the simple truth that our body and emotions are already telling us. That’s why following joy is so powerful—it clears the noise, brings us into the present moment, and opens us up to receive the intuitive nudges we might have otherwise missed.
Choosing to move toward what inspires you instead of being driven by fear is a radical act. So many of us have been conditioned to focus on what we don’t want, always trying to avoid failure, discomfort, or uncertainty. But what if, instead of letting fear dictate your path, you started following what lights you up? That’s where flow lives. That’s where things start clicking into place.
And here’s something important to remember: the opposite of anxiety isn’t certainty—it’s trust. You can trust what excites you. The more you do, the clearer your path becomes. Imagine how things might shift if, instead of focusing on fear and doubt, you turned your attention to what brings you joy.
When you trust what excites you, you strengthen your connection with your intuition. You stop second-guessing and start moving with more flow and ease. The more you listen, the louder and clearer that inner guidance becomes. And over time, you start living in a way that feels deeply aligned, because you’re no longer forcing—you're simply following what was meant for you all along.
If you're unsure about your next step, follow what sparks something inside you. So instead of asking, *What’s the right decision? What’s the best way to do this?* ask, *What feels expansive? What feels exciting?* Your next step doesn’t have to make perfect sense to anyone else—it only has to resonate with *you.*
That said, when you're stuck in overthinking or just feeling off, shifting straight into excitement can feel impossible. You can’t just jump from feeling stuck to feeling amazing in an instant. The key is to first process and release whatever’s weighing you down so you can get back to *neutral.* From there, emotions like appreciation, gratitude, and satisfaction create a bridge to feeling lighter and more open. And once you're in that space, you can access joy more easily, and taking the next step feels natural.
To help you with this, here’s a simple practice you can use anytime to ground yourself, clear out noise, and reconnect with your inner joy.
Energy Clearing Practice: Grounding & Connecting
This is a great way to get you out of your head and into your body. You are strongest and the most powerful when you’re fully present in your body. You can make this yours and use it to shift your energy as you go about your day. It can be a quick pick me up or you can take your time and make it a deep meditation.
1. Grounding with Earth Energy
2. Connecting with Source Energy
3. Envisioning Your Desired Outcome
Remember, this process doesn’t have to be perfect—energy follows intention. The more you practice, the more naturally you’ll return to a state of clarity, presence, and alignment.
Closing Thought
Overcoming fear-driven self-sabotage starts with awareness—acknowledging the fear and recognizing the patterns that keep us stuck. Fear, doubt, and resistance aren’t signs that something is wrong; they’re part of the journey. They’re growing pains, signaling that you’re stretching beyond your comfort zone.
Instead of resisting these feelings, allow them to be there. What we resist, we hold on to. But when we acknowledge discomfort as a natural part of growth, it loses its grip on us. We can take action *despite* the fear, and with each step forward, fear has less power over us.
This journey isn’t about being fearless—it’s about learning to move forward with fear in the passenger seat. Practicing self-compassion and focusing on *progress* rather than perfection makes the process easier. Small wins build confidence, and over time, they dissolve the fear of failure.
So as you continue on this path, remember: clarity comes through action, and joy is your compass. Keep showing up, keep taking steps, and trust that you’re exactly where you need to be.
Break free from outdated ways of thinking and tap into the magic of co-creation.
Welcome to Day 4! Today, we’re diving into one of the most powerful truths of all: you don’t have to do life alone. We’re going to explore how to open yourself up to support—both spiritual and physical—and how doing so can radically shift your reality.
If you’ve been carrying the weight of trying to figure it all out on your own… this is your permission to exhale.
Let’s talk about what it really means to step into a more easeful, aligned, and supported way of creating the life your soul came here to live.
Life is a co-creation.
While our ego might perceive us as separate from others, nature, and the Divine—that’s not true. It’s the illusion of separation that keeps us in cycles of striving, isolation, and burnout. But when we begin to look beyond the ego, we remember that we are all connected.
We’re part of the web that makes up life—constantly influencing and being influenced by everything around us. The people we meet. The environments we step into. The choices we make. Even our thoughts and energy—they all ripple outward and shape our experience.
So far throughout this series, we’ve explored how to cultivate a strong sense of self and take ownership of your energy. That’s a powerful foundation. But there’s another layer to awakening your creative power—and that’s understanding the role of *co-creation*.
We thrive in connection.
Connection to our higher self.
Connection to each other.
And connection to the Divine—whether you call it Spirit, God, the Universe, Source, or whatever else resonates with you.
Many of us have been taught that success requires relentless effort. That receiving support is a weakness. That we have to push through on our own.
But here’s the truth: You were never meant to do it all alone.
Our most powerful partner in this life is the Divine. Spirit is within you, around you, and always available—ready to support your dreams. The Divine can move mountains on your behalf.
There’s only so much you can do on your own. Even when you're doing "all the right things. Ask your guides for help. Speak to your higher self. Hand over what feels too heavy. When you actively invite Divine support into your process, you open the door to synchronicities, clarity, and outcomes far beyond what your mind can imagine. What once felt impossible starts to shift.
But it’s up to *you* to connect and allow that support in.
Co-creation is a dance. It’s a balance of surrender and aligned action. Of making space to receive, while also courageously moving forward in the directions your soul is calling you toward.
And when your desires align with divine flow? That’s when life begins to feel magical.
While it’s important to intentionally open up to divine support, we also need to allow ourselves to receive help from others in our day-to-day experiences. Spirit may guide us, align things behind the scenes, and stir miracles into motion—but often, that support flows through *people*. Through a kind gesture, a steady presence, or someone showing up exactly when we need them most. Allowing others in is part of the magic.
Let me tell you a story.
After the birth of my first daughter, I promised myself that if I ever got pregnant again, I’d do one thing differently: I’d hire a doula. There was no way I was going through that experience again without the support I needed to feel held and safe during one of the most vulnerable and intense moments of my life.
With my first pregnancy, I *thought* I could do it alone. I’d taken the hypnobirthing class, practiced meditations, gathered all the tools. And I figured I could save the money and handle it myself.
But when the day came, everything I had prepared went out the window. I felt like I was drowning in a tsunami of pain. I couldn’t think straight, let alone guide myself through the experience. My husband and mom were there, but they were overwhelmed too—unable to be the calm, grounded presence I so desperately needed. I felt alone. Disconnected. The delivery was long and difficult, and there were complications afterward.
The second time around, I knew I wanted a different experience. I wanted to feel nourished, supported, and anchored—even in the chaos. So I hired a doula.
That birth was still intense, still painful—but the experience was night and day. She held me to my highest vision of a natural birth, even when I wanted to give up and ask for the epidural. When the waves came, she grounded me, gave me tools, and reminded me of my strength. Instead of disconnecting from my body to escape the pain, I stayed anchored and present. I wasn’t getting toppled by the waves—I was riding them.
She even guided my husband so he could better support me. I felt like we were a team. I wasn’t just surviving the experience—I was deepening my connection to myself, to my partner, and to the new life I was bringing into the world.
And the birth unfolded with so much more ease. My daughter came quickly—so fast I didn’t even make it to the bed. She was born in the bath. And there were no complications.
It was such a profound reminder: *everything changes when we’re truly supported*.
But so many of us try to do life alone. Sometimes it's pride. Sometimes it's conditioning. Sometimes it's trauma that traps us in hyper-independence, convincing us we *have* to do it all ourselves.
The problem is, when we’re in survival mode—full of fear, doubt, or pain—we lose perspective. Our vision narrows. We can’t see the solutions, the possibilities, or the truth around us. We disconnect from our higher thinking.
When we go into fight, flight, freeze, or fawn—our nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do: *keep us safe*.
In moments of real, immediate danger—like if you were being chased by a bear—your body needs you to *act fast*. So it floods your system with stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, narrows your focus, and diverts energy away from long-term processes like digestion, immunity, or higher reasoning. It brings all your awareness to the threat right in front of you. That tunnel vision? It’s a survival strategy.
But here's the thing—most of us aren't running from bears.
We’re navigating everyday stressors: deadlines, bills, uncertainty, difficult conversations, inner criticism, or fear of failure. And when these stressors are constant, or when we’re carrying unresolved trauma, our nervous system can’t always tell the difference between *a real emergency* and *a perceived one*.
So we stay stuck in that survival state.
We tighten.
We disconnect.
We can’t see clearly or think expansively.
We lose access to our creativity, intuition, and ability to co-create with ease. It’s not that we’re broken—it’s that our system is doing its best to keep us safe in a world that often feels unsafe.
When we’re stuck in this survival state—unconsciously reacting to life through old patterns and protective mechanisms—we suffer more than we need to. The pain we experience isn’t just from the event itself, but from how we *relate* to it. If we can only meet life from that contracted place, we’re limited in how we respond. We loop in stories of fear, scarcity, or unworthiness without realizing we have a choice.
This is where support becomes essential.
Because when we’re in that tunnel vision state, we don’t need to “try harder” or push through alone. We need regulation. We need grounding. We need the presence of something—or someone—who can help us come back to center, widen our lens, and remember what’s true.
The right support helps you shift from survival into safety.
From contraction into openness.
From chaos into co-creation.
And when your nervous system feels safe, that’s when you regain access to the parts of yourself that *can* *actually* meet the moment with wisdom, clarity, and power.
Let’s look at this from another angle.
Your beliefs create your reality.
A belief is simply a thought you’ve repeated over and over again until it feels like truth. And your emotions? They’re your inner guidance system—messengers revealing what beliefs are active in the background.
When you feel inspired, grounded, expansive—that’s resonance. That’s alignment with a belief that supports what you truly want.
When you feel anxious, constricted, or stuck—that’s often a sign that a limiting belief is pulling you out of alignment.
But here’s the empowering truth: *you are in charge of your own consciousness*.
You get to choose the perspectives you create from. You get to shift the story. But that shift requires something bold: *a willingness to step outside your current paradigm*—beyond your habitual thoughts, emotional patterns, and conditioned responses.
Most of us live in a reactive state, unconsciously responding to the same circumstances, triggering the same emotions, thinking the same thoughts—and then wondering why nothing changes.
You can’t out-create what you believe.
If deep down you’re carrying beliefs like “It has to be hard,” “I don’t deserve support,” or “Things never work out for me,” then no matter how much effort you pour in, you’ll keep manifesting experiences that validate that belief.
So how do you change the belief?
You bring consciousness to it. And then you choose something new:
1. Identify the belief that created your current experience. Ask: *What would I have to believe for this to make sense?*
2. Get clear on what you actually want.
3. Attune to the new belief. Start weaving it into your life. Choose thoughts, feelings, actions, and perspectives that support this new belief. Let your energy flow in that new direction and build momentum.
The energies around you become powerful allies in anchoring this new belief into your lived reality.
We’re constantly swimming in energy—both seen and unseen—and whether we realize it or not, we’re always being influenced by what we’re exposed to.
The beauty is, once we become aware of this, we can use it to our advantage. When you’re in the process of shifting a belief, you can start paying attention to the energies in your environment that reflect the reality you want to live in.
Maybe you’re cultivating a belief that you’re supported—then notice how a friend checks in on you, how a stranger holds the door, how synchronicities line up with what you were just thinking. These are not random. They’re winks from the Universe, inviting you to lean into your new belief.
As you attune to those frequencies and let them into your field, you start to *weave them into your reality.* This is part of co-creation—choosing to amplify what aligns with your desired state.
We receive energy from two planes:
When you tap into the vertical, you aren’t limited by your current circumstances. You gain access to *any and every* frequency you need: love, courage, clarity, peace, abundance.
But when you’re in survival mode, when you’re gripped by fear or stress, not only do you narrow your focus—you also cut off your perception of higher frequencies. You literally *can’t perceive what you’re not in vibrational resonance with* It’s not personal. It’s energetic.
That’s why co-creation isn’t just a nice idea—it’s a necessity.
We need both spiritual and physical allies.
We need people who can remind us of the truth when we forget.
Who can hold a higher vision for us when we can’t yet see it.
Who can help us regulate, recalibrate, and realign with the energy of what we desire.
Paradigm shifting is about choosing something *new*—even when you have no evidence of it being possible. It’s about building new belief structures before their form appears in the physical.
And that can be really hard to do alone. Especially when you’re waiting for proof, waiting for signs, waiting to feel “ready.”
But your allies—both seen and unseen—can help you access the beliefs, energies, and possibilities you can’t yet see for yourself. They can illuminate the blindspots. They can help you shift your field.
Because let’s be honest—we can’t see the tip of our own nose.
But someone standing beside us can.
And sometimes, that’s all we need—a little light, a little perspective, a little support—to begin creating a whole new reality.
So how do you open yourself to more co-creation?
That’s exactly why I created Radical Radiance—to give you a sacred space to grow, stretch, and rise to your next level with the support you deserve.
Inside this container, you'll:
Think of me as your energetic doula, here to hold space, reflect your brilliance, and offer tools and perspectives that help you get out of your own way—so you can move forward faster, more powerfully, and with so much more grace than you could alone.
The dream you carry was planted in your heart for a reason—and the Universe wants to help you bring it to life. Embracing co-creation is how you begin to shift out of old paradigms of struggle and into the flow of more ease, more trust, and more magic. You’re not just creating a new life—you’re becoming the version of you who was always meant to live it.
That’s it for today. Join me in the next transmission, where we’ll anchor into your soul’s highest vision and step into the version of you who fully owns it.
Anchor into your soul’s deepest calling and step into the version of you who fully owns it.
Welcome, beautiful soul, to Day 5, the final day of our audio journey together.
Over the past few days, we’ve explored how to thrive by mastering your energy, releasing resistance to change, reconnecting with your deepest desires, and co-creating your reality with the universe.
And now, here we are at the culmination of it all: committing to your highest vision.
Today we’re talking about:
This is your invitation to no longer live your life by default, reacting to circumstances and surviving on autopilot. But instead, to live intentionally, creatively, and consciously. To live life by *design*.
From the moment we're born, we're handed down a set of rules, beliefs, and frameworks for how life is “supposed” to work.
But these rules weren’t written for the unique soul that *you* are. They’re based on what came before you, not on who you came here to be, do, or experience.
And while they may have helped you navigate early life, clinging to them now only holds you back from fully blossoming into your highest potential.
The truth is, there is no one “real” reality as we’re all viewing life from a different perspective.
We are each living in our own beautifully unique version of reality, shaped by our perspective and vibration.
So why live in someone else’s story, when you have the power to write your own?
We live in a society designed to keep us disconnected from ourselves, from each other, from nature, and from truth.
We're constantly bombarded with messages that say, You’re not enough. You don’t have enough. And you probably never will.
It’s a system running on fear, scarcity, and self-doubt, and if we keep feeding that narrative, we’ll keep recreating that same limited experience.
But you are not here to play this rigged game.
You are here to anchor in new paradigms. To embody your soul’s magic. To shine as a lighthouse in a world craving freedom, love, and abundance.
The Chaos is a Portal.
Yes, the world feels chaotic right now. Systems are crumbling. Certainty is elusive. And yet, that’s exactly what makes this such a powerful moment.
We can either collapse under the weight of the fear or rise by choosing to create something new.
You can choose to focus on what’s possible instead of what’s wrong.
You can let joy, not fear, guide you home to yourself.
Because joy is more than a feeling. It’s a frequency. It’s your inner compass. It’s your yes.
And yes, it might feel selfish or even irresponsible to prioritize joy when there’s so much suffering in the world. In the face of global fear, injustice, and pain, choosing joy can feel like a radical act.
Your joy is not frivolous. Your joy is medicine.
When you’re lit up and aligned, you are so much more powerful than when you’re burned out, reactive, and depleted. The energy you bring TO the world shifts the energy OF the world. From this space of internal alignment, you can show up with more compassion, more clarity, and more impact.
Following your joy is not about bypassing the pain of the world, it’s about refusing to let fear and suffering dictate your life. It’s about becoming a vessel for change through your light, not through your sacrifice.
Joy gives you the resilience to keep going, the courage to speak up, and the clarity to know where you’re meant to lead. It’s not selfish, it’s sacred.
The world needs guides, mentors, and wayshowers who’ve done the inner work, who are living proof that another way is possible. When you embody your truth and live from your essence, you become a beacon for others. You show them what it looks like to break free from outdated systems, to trust their own inner authority, and to create new paradigms rooted in freedom, truth, and joy.
So take a breath. Release the worries. Quiet the doubts. And trust that divine guidance is always available to you.
Bring your attention inward and ask yourself, what do I truly desire?
Focus your energy there. Not on what’s wrong or missing, but on what you want to experience. Let your attention become a devotional act. As the saying goes, energy flows where attention goes.
Immerse yourself in the life you want to live. What would bring you joy? What lights you up from within? Let those questions guide you into deeper alignment.
Remember that you’re not just human. You are an infinite soul having a human experience. And souls, by nature, are free.
The only way to imprison a soul is to convince it to imprison itself. Getting caught up in the fear and chaos of the current political climate will sink you deeper into an abyss of uncertainty and confusion.
But you are remembering the truth now. You have more power than you realize.
You are here to live the highest expression of who you are, a unique soul in physical form. Your life is a canvas, and you are the artist.
The way you show up and move in the world shapes the quality of your experiences. So what would it look like to show up from your fullness?
What would your life become if you chose to follow your joy? To honor your desires? To create a reality that reflects your soul’s unique magic?
As you dream into that possibility, notice what starts to arise. What doubts or fears try to pull you back? What old conditioning begins to surface?
According to authors Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus, there are four major blocks that often keep us from creating the life we truly desire: identity, status, certainty, and money.
Identity is the story you’ve told yourself about who you are. Often, these stories are shaped by your past or other people’s expectations. These stories can become invisible cages but you can rewrite them.
Status reflects the desire to be seen a certain way. Many of us fear losing approval or belonging if we step into our authenticity. But your true worth is not found in how others perceive you, it lives in how fully you choose to honor your own soul.
Certainty is the illusion that you need to have it all figured out before you begin. In truth, transformation happens in the unknown. The desire for guarantees limits our willingness to take risks. You are meant to take one aligned step at a time.
Money often feels like the biggest obstacle. Scarcity programming tells us we can’t move toward our dreams until we have more saved, more security, and more money. But money is energy, and energy flows where alignment grows.
These blocks often keep us motivated by fear, shame, and external validation, what the world tells us we *should* want or *should* do.
But the real shift happens when we move from extrinsic motivation to intrinsic motivation, where the choices we make aren’t about proving ourselves, but about fulfilling ourselves. When we start asking: *What nourishes me? What lights me up? What feels meaningful?*
Let’s take this a step further.
In order to have, you must do, and in order to do, you must be.
Meaning, before you can have the life you desire, you must do the things that align with it — and before you can consistently do those things, you have to become the kind of person who naturally takes that action.
This is the deeper work.
Because you cannot create a new reality from the same energy and patterns that shaped your current one.
And that shift doesn’t begin in your mind.
To become a new version of you, you must first show your body a new way of being by repatterning your nervous system and shifting your subconscious identity.
This is where somatic healing comes in.
It's gently rewiring the nervous system so that safety, pleasure, and expansion become your new baseline.
It's learning to feel grounded in abundance instead of tense in scarcity.
It’s giving your system the felt experience of receiving more without shutting down or self-sabotaging.
For example, have you ever started dating someone new, and it was actually good? They were kind, consistent, and emotionally available. You felt seen and heard. There was no drama, no guessing games, no emotional rollercoasters. Just steady care.
And yet, something about it didn’t feel right. You found yourself pulling away, overthinking everything, feeling restless, or starting fights for no clear reason. Not because they were doing anything wrong, but because it felt unfamiliar to be treated that well.
To a nervous system conditioned to associate love with inconsistency, chaos, or emotional intensity, calm can feel boring. Safety can feel like a threat. Wholeness can feel like something’s missing.
Your system has to learn that it’s safe to receive love that doesn’t hurt. That it’s okay to experience joy without waiting for things to go wrong.
Because when you’re used to disappointment or struggle, your body can actually feel unsafe when things start going well.
Receiving can be uncomfortable.
It challenges old beliefs about what you're allowed to have.
So let yourself be stretched. Let yourself be expanded.
Challenge yourself to accept more, more joy, more help, more ease, more beauty.
And that’s what this work is about:
Unwinding old survival patterns.
Learning to trust yourself again.
Becoming someone who can hold the life they want, from the inside out.
[Introducing Radical Radiance]
That’s why I created Radical Radiance — a sacred coaching container to help you weave a new way of being, reclaim your truth, and realign your life to match the deepest desires of your soul.
You can be your true self, do what lights you up, and have your heart's desires.
This is a supportive space to help you integrate that truth.
The name Radical Radiance Incubator is no accident.
It's radical to live by joy. To listen to your excitement instead of your fear.
To live moment to moment, not needing to have it all figured out, but simply following what feels aligned.
To take the pressure off and trust the journey.
And like an incubator, this space is designed to nourish the birth of a new version of you, one that’s elevated, expanded, and deeply radiant.
It’s a safe container where your magic is seen and your truth is honored. And your dreams are held as sacred.
Your brilliance blossoms as a result of choosing to embody your soul’s codes. To be wildly yourself. To speak your truth. To say no to settling.
To live life as your art. As your offering.
As we bring this transmission and journey to a close, I want you to remember…
It starts with you.
You must re-source yourself first, before you can go out into the world to create your desires, nurture connections with others, or share your soul’s gifts.
What would it look like to truly put yourself first? To reprioritize your energetic well-being over people-pleasing, perfectionism, or productivity?
What would it look like to give yourself what you yearn for, instead of waiting for someone else to give it to you?
This is a powerful reclamation.
If you want life to meet you with more love, respect, and magic, you go first.
You set the tone. You calibrate the frequency.
Because your outer world is a mirror of your inner one.
And if there’s something in your life that’s ready to shift, a habit, a relationship, a job, you must initiate the change.
By focusing on what you do want.
By choosing to stop feeding the lack, the fear, or the doubt.
Because sometimes, the same ambition that pushes you forward is the very energy that keeps you stuck in a cycle of never quite arriving.
Always reaching. Never receiving.
But you don’t have to keep striving from a place of “not enough.”
You can choose to create from a place of deep self-love, presence, and radical acceptance.
This isn’t about ignoring your current reality.
It’s about meeting yourself exactly as you are, with compassion, with honesty, and with the fierce knowing that change is already underway.
It’s about accepting your life as it is, while still making room for more.
Rooted in gratitude and your desires.
And from that grounded space, you allow yourself to receive.
To open.
To be held.
To be supported.
To let prosperity flow in—not because you worked harder, but because you finally remembered:
You are worthy now.
Ok so to wrap this up, I invite you into a powerful commitment activation.
Commitment Activation
Step 1: Excavation – Get to the Truth Beneath the Surface
Find a quiet space and let yourself relax. You might want to light a candle, put on music, or simply breathe. This is a sacred space between you and your soul.
Set a timer for 1 minute per prompt. Write freely, don’t overthink it, just let it move through you. These prompts are here to help you tap into the deeper truth of what’s shifting for you right now.
JOURNAL PROMPTS
1 min each – write without stopping:
Step 2: Craft Your Commitment Statement
Read back over what you wrote.
Circle any phrases or words that stand out, especially ones that feel charged with emotion.
From what you’ve circled, write a single, clear statement of commitment—a sacred promise to yourself. Use empowering language. Speak from desire and devotion, not from lack.
Examples:
“I commit to leading with truth.”
“I commit to honoring my creative fire and letting it guide me.”
“I commit to prioritizing what matters most to me.”
“I commit to letting my soul lead.”
Step 3: Integration – Anchor the Energy
Now that you’ve found the words, it’s time to embody them.
1. Close your eyes, place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
2. Breathe deeply and ground into your body.
3. When you feel ready, repeat your commitment statement three times:
- First in a whisper
- Second in your natural voice
- Third, like a proclamation. Say it loud and proud
Let this be the moment you commit to your highest vision.
Let this be the day you say yes to your joy.
Thank you for joining me on this journey.
And if you're ready to do this work. If you're ready to step into your most expansive self, and your juiciest life, I hope you join me in Radical Radiance.
A 12-month program to help you reclaim your soul's magic and master your energy so you can create a juicy life that feels like a full-body YES.
