Your contribution will primarily consist of a pre-recorded video or audio presentation between 20-40 minutes long, offering a transformational experience or a practical teaching attendees can walk away with and implement right away.

This short time frame might seem limiting, but I've chosen it based on my personal experience attending other summits, as well as feedback from past attendees that events with long presentations (even an hour) are too overwhelming. The idea is to provide a small taste of everyone's work without creating information overload.

You're encouraged to share something from your heart that reflects your unique magic and wisdom. This could take any form that feels authentic to you—mini-workshop, meditation, activation, transmission, practice, or something completely unique. Your imagination is the limit.

You can repurpose something you’ve already created, as long as it’s aligned with the event’s theme and tailored to this audience.

Every speaker is asked to:

• Share the event twice with your email list (in a way that feels aligned for you and your audience) between February 12-26, 2025. 
• Share the event on your social media platforms if possible.

I will provide you with pre-written promo copy and graphics. Feel free to use them as is or adjust them to match your brand and audience

I’m committed to making this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, with clear guidance and support every step of the way.

• I help conscious women master their energy and embody their soul’s codes so they can birth new paradigms and create their own path of joy, impact, and abundance.
• I have experience with summits. This is the third I've personally hosted, and I've participated as a guest speaker in four. I've also been part of the audience for several others.
• I no longer use social media to grow my audience, even though I've been present there once upon a time. While I've created a YouTube channel, I have not actively nurtured it (although it's part of the plan for this year). Only looking at my "external footprint" would be misleading, as the bulk of the audience I've built across two spiritually based businesses is on my email list.

I am spending time (easily over 100 hours) and money fully coordinating this event: overall project management, researching tools and strategies, creating the pre-event materials (concept, timelines, agreement, info page, speaker guides, speaker application), finding & pitching speakers, managing & coordinating speaker materials, watching speaker presentations for any quality issues and making necessary adjustments, creating and adding an event-themed intro to each presentation, creating promotional copy and personalized speaker graphics, creating the event pages (registration page, access-pass sales page, thank you page, event welcome page, individual speaker pages with presentation and materials), creating email sequences (for before, during, and after event), creating the event group and driving audience engagement (through daily content, games, and giveaways), creating and managing an affiliate program, setting up all the tech and automation, plus answering questions and providing general support (for speakers, affiliates, and attendees).

• Reach as Many People as Possible 
  The summit aims to attract a large audience with collaborative promotions and high-value content.

• Set Up Speakers to Succeed and Have an Incredible Experience
  I’m committed to making this experience seamless and enjoyable for all speakers. This summit is designed to amplify your message and help you grow your audience while showcasing your expertise.

• Give Attendees a Meaningful Transformation
  Participants will leave feeling empowered, inspired, and equipped with actionable tools to create real, sustainable shifts in their lives.

• Create an Engaging and Fun Event that Encourages Connection
  From an active community group to opportunities for live interaction, the event will foster a sense of belonging, encourage conversations, and provide a platform for participants to engage deeply with the content and each other.

• Extended Availability for the All-Access Pass
  Attendees will have 72 hours to purchase the All-Access Pass after the event ends. After this, the cart closes permanently.

• Future Uses of the Summit Content
  The summit may be repurposed as a bonus or order bump for future offers. You're also welcome to use your presentation however you'd like.

• Invitation to Continued Support
  After the event, you are encouraged to nurture relationships with those who signed up for your resources. An email sequence can be used to introduce them to your offers. I will be doing the same, inviting attendees into my coaching program as an opportunity for continued support. While the summit is focused on showcasing speakers and their expertise,  I will gently and subtly build awareness of this program throughout the event.
