Promote the event

During the promotional period share the event at least twice with your email list and on social media in a way that feels aligned. Promotional material will be available by February 5th, 2025.

Engage during the event

(Optional) Participate in the event group answering questions and engaging with the audience to build relationships and increase visibility. As we get closer to the event, I'll share more details about potential interactive sessions and opportunities to connect.

Your Presentation

Below are some guidelines and suggestions for creating your presentation.

NOTE: You don't have to create something new, and you can repurpose something you’ve created in the past as long as it’s aligned with the event’s theme and tailored to this audience.

Choosing Your Topic

Your presentation should offer a transformational experience or a practical teaching that attendees can walk away with and implement right away. You're encouraged to share something from your heart that reflects your unique magic and wisdom. Get creative with the form it takes.

For example, you could do a guided journey, a dance or movement practice, an art class, shamanic musical activation, a light language transmission, a talk, or whatever else calls your imagination.

Take into consideration choosing a topic that:

  • Showcases your expertise. Stay focused on your niche to position yourself as a thought leader.
  • Aligns with your offers to naturally guide attendees into your business.
  • Aligns with the event purpose of helping participants remember their cosmic power (anchor into love, transmute pain into power, and reclaim the magic of their souls).

Creating a Transformation

  • Start with the end in mind: Identify the result you want for your audience and reverse-engineer your presentation to support that outcome.

  • Give them a next step:

    • Your free resource would ideally be related to your presentation and provide the next step to give them a quick win or help implement what you shared.
    • Use this opt-in to capture their email addresses, nurture them further, and drive ongoing results while growing your list.

Recording Your Presentation

  • You're submission can be VIDEO or AUDIO ONLY
  • You're welcome to use slides, props, or multimedia, but don't have to.
  • Accepted formats: MP3, M4A, WAV, MPG, MOV, MP4
  • Find a quiet, well-lit space with minimal distractions.
  • Record your video horizontally 
  • Tools you could use: Zoom, Loom, ScreenRec, your smartphone, or any other recording tool.

Presentation Structure

Note: This is a guideline—feel free to infuse your unique style and creativity!  
Introduction: Share your story to build trust and establish your credibility.
Why It Matters: Explain why this topic is important and how it impacts their lives or businesses.
Address Objections: Tackle limiting beliefs or common challenges to help them fully engage with your teaching.
Teach and Engage: Guide them through your topic with actionable steps, insights, or experiences.
Close With a Call to Action: End with a concise 2-minute pitch for your current offers or projects.

All Access Pass Information

Contribution is OPTIONAL but provides the opportunity for additional affiliate commission and email addresses.

Overview

The All-Access Pass will be offered at two different tiers. The basic tier includes ongoing access to the presentations along with workbooks and transcripts. The higher tier will also include exclusive bonus resources from speakers, creating an incredible high-value package for attendees and additional benefits for you. Pricing ranges from $47-$97 for the basic tier and $97-$197 for the VIP tier, depending on the time they're bought (fast action, early bird, and regular price).

Benefits of Contributing

  1. Lead Generation: Receive the email addresses of attendees who claim your resource. You do this by creating a 100% off coupon code for the bonus you've provided. That way, attendees will still need to enter their email addresses to complete the checkout process and claim the bonus.
  2. Extra Commission: Earn an additional 10% commission on pass sales.
  3. Visibility: Showcase your work, giving attendees a taste of what it’s like to work with you and inviting them to explore your other offers.

Important Notes

  • Must be a paid product (under $300 value). Examples:
    • Mini-courses
    • 1-3 months of membership access
    • Workbooks, eBooks, or templates
    • Workshops
    • Other digital products
  • No one-on-one services (it has to be something that hundreds of people could easily receive)
  • Coupon codes should remain valid for 30 days post-event. Attendees will receive clear instructions and reminders to redeem bonuses within this timeframe.
