Sacred Flow is a 6-month group coaching program with the additional option of 1-on-1 mentorship. Each month you’ll explore a deepening module to help you work with your energy in order to shape the flow of your life. It includes pre-recorded video classes, meditations, energetic activations, embodiment practices, ceremonies, live group coaching calls, and a supportive community.
The material combines energy work and strategic practices to recode your reality on a multi-dimensional level. You have the option to follow along with the group schedule or go through the content at your own pace.

Sacred Flow Program Agreement
BY PURCHASING THE PROGRAM, YOU (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS “CLIENT” or “YOU”) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF PURCHASE (THE “AGREEMENT”) MADE BY ALEGNA MOSS, (HEREAFTER KNOWN AS “COACH”, AND COLLECTIVELY WITH YOU, THE “PARTIES”):
1. PROGRAM
Coach agrees to provide its Sacred Flow Circle coaching program (herein referred to as the “Program”). Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in the Agreement as a condition of its participation in the Program.
2. DISCLAIMER
Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Client should promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Client acknowledges that coaching is a team effort, and Client will get out of coaching only as much as he or she puts into it. Client agrees to fully participate in coaching and follow the Coach’s instructions to their best ability. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
Client acknowledges that Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own decisions, choices, actions and results based on coaching calls, sessions, and interactions with Coach. Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any action or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
Coach makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding Client’s performance or results. Client understands that because of the nature of the program, the results (if any) experienced by each client may significantly vary. By purchasing, Client acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach any desired goals as a result of participation in the Program.
4. PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The Program includes access to six recorded monthly modules of material, additional resources, and six live group coaching calls (aka “Coaching Calls”) over Zoom at the discretion of the Coach. Coaching Calls will generally take place during the middle of the month, from January 2023 to June 2023; however, the Coach may, at her sole discretion, adjust this schedule or remove calls for holidays, personal or medical reasons, or other reasons as she sees fit.
The Program will commence with an opening ceremony on December 23rd, 2022. Each module will be broken up into two parts, with the first part released during the first week of the month and the second part during the second week. Access to the first part of Module One will be available on January 2nd, 2023.
Although the program structure is outlined into 6 modules with one month per module, we will be going at an intuitive pace to meet the unique and evolving needs of the group. The duration may be slightly different or longer.
5. GROUP COACHING CALLS
The Program includes access to occasional live Coaching Calls that will be recorded. Client understands and agrees that these calls may be shared with or without editing in the Sacred Flow Program and recordings (including any personal information disclosed on calls by Client) may be available with or without editing, in connection with the Program and/or other programs, products, publications and/or materials that Coach may offer from time to time (collectively, “Other Programs”).
By participating in these calls, Client irrevocably and unconditionally consents, grants and conveys to Coach the right to record Client’s voice and likeness in whole or in part during these calls as well as the right to publish these calls in the Program and any Other Programs. By purchasing the Program, Client agrees to the publication and other use of these calls without compensation at any time, now or in the future.
6. COMPENSATION
The total price of the Program is one (1) payment of $444 USD if paid in full at the time of enrollment
OR
three (3) monthly payments of $165.
Unless stated otherwise (for example, if purchased during a sale).
If Client is making monthly payments, Client accepts that payments will be debited automatically by whatever credit or debit card was used to enroll. Please reach out to hello@alegnamoss.com if you need to update your payment method at any point throughout the program.
7. TERM
The date of the Agreement is, and the Agreement will become effective on, the earlier of (i) the date Client purchases the Program online or (ii) the date Client notifies Coach (including via electronic mail or other electronic means of acceptance) of their acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Client’s access to program materials is guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the effective date of the Agreement, at which point the Coach, at her sole discretion, may limit, restrict, or disable access.
8. TERMINATION & REFUNDS
Coach is committed to providing all clients in the Program with a positive experience. By purchasing the Program, Client agrees that Coach may, at her sole discretion, terminate the Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of any payments (whether paid or payable) if Client becomes disruptive or upon violation by Client of the terms and conditions of the Agreement (in each case as determined by Coach at its sole discretion).
Force Majeure. Coach shall not be liable for delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, inclement weather, accident, earthquakes, governmental order, pandemic or epidemic, telecommunications line failures, electrical outages, network failures, acts of God, terrorism, civil commotion, or labor disputes.
Client agrees to pay for the entirety of the Program (including timely monthly payments in the case of a payment plan), regardless of whether the Client completes the Program or for any other reasons.
Client may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase as long as the program has not yet commenced. No refunds will be issued on or after the program start date. After (7) days, the Client shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or in part for payments made under this Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to termination of this Agreement. All funds paid shall be considered compensation for services rendered. If a refund is issued within the 7-day grace period, a $75 administrative fee will be deducted from the total. All requests must be sent via email.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
In receiving access to Program, Client will have the benefit of proprietary systems, strategies and techniques developed by Coach (“Coach’s Proprietary Information”). Client acknowledges that Coach’s business relies on Coach’s ability to provide such insights to various clients. Client agrees not to disclose Coach’s Proprietary Information to any third party, directly or indirectly, during the term of this Agreement or after it ends.
In the event that Client is required by law to disclose any of the Confidential Information, Client will (i) provide Coach with prompt notice of such requirement prior to the disclosure, and (ii) give Coach all available information and assistance to enable Coach to take the measures appropriate to protect the Confidential Information from disclosure.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Content, products and services created and/or published by Coach, including all the Program materials, are the property of Coach and/or its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The content of the Program and all related products and services (including, but not limited to, the title, design, layout, look, appearance, graphics of our Program materials or any other material or aspects of materials provided by Coach to Client in connection with the provision, promotion or marketing of or otherwise relating to the Program, the “Program Materials”) are solely owned by or licensed to Coach, unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction of any Program Materials by Client is prohibited other than in accordance with the Agreement or as otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Coach.
By purchasing or accessing any Program Materials, Client will be considered a Licensee. For the avoidance of doubt, all content obtained through Coach is Coach’s property, and Client is granted a revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only, limited to Client only. This means that Client may not use any Program Materials in a manner that constitutes an infringement of Coach’s intellectual property, contractual or other rights.
When you enroll in or purchase the Program, you agree that:
- You will not copy, share or steal the Program Materials, or any parts of them.
- You will not in any way use, copy, adapt or represent any of the Program Materials in any way as if they are yours or created by you.
- You will not engage in improper and/or unauthorized use of the Program Materials. Improper and unauthorized use includes but is not limited to modifying, copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, translating, selling, creating derivative works, exploiting, or distributing in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any Program Materials, or any other communications provided by us for your own personal use.
- You will not, nor will you suffer any other person to, duplicate, share, trade, sell, or otherwise distribute the Program Materials to any other person.
- You will not violate our intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights. Downloading, printing, or otherwise using the Program Materials for your own personal use in no way gives you any copyright, trademark, intellectual property or ownership rights in or to the Program Materials.
- You will not reprint or republish any part of the Program Materials for publication or compilation into your own products, programs, services or program materials, for your own personal use or business/commercial use or in any way that earns you money.
- You will not use the Program Materials in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or in a manner that has not been authorized by us through our prior written consent.
- You understand and agree that engaging in the prohibited use or the improper and/or unauthorized use of the Program Materials as set forth in the Agreement may be considered theft and stealing and we retain the right to prosecute theft to the full extent of the law.
- You understand and agree that prohibited use, improper and/or unauthorized use may give rise to a civil claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
11. NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Client shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statement in public or private regarding Coach, its employees, or agents. Coach shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements in public or private regarding Client and its relationship with Coach.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
Client, at Client’s expense, shall release, indemnify and hold Coach and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents, and the personal representatives and assigns of each, harmless from and against and all claims, suits, liability, cost and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, in connection with any act or omission of Coach in providing Coaching and/or arising out of any Work Product, unless due to negligence of the Coach.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the Coaching. In no event shall Coach be liable to Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Coach’s entire liability for any breach of this Agreement, and Client’s sole remedy, shall be limited to the lesser of the total Contract Price or the amount actually paid by Client to Coach under this Agreement.
Coach is not responsible for any technical difficulties with hardware, software, connectivity, or other technological aspects of electronic coaching sessions, and does not guarantee that the conferencing software, or group coaching sessions will be free from technical problems, available at all times, or work as expected.
14. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
- Waiver. The waiver by either Party of a breach or default of any of the provisions of this Agreement by the other party shall not be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach or default of the same or any other provision of this Agreement, nor shall any delay or omission on the part of either party to exercise or avail itself of any right, power or privilege that it has or may have hereunder operate as a waiver of any breach or default.
- Severability. If any provision or portion of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions or portions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision or part shall be deleted as narrowly as possible to render this Agreement valid and enforceable. If the scope of any provision of this Agreement is determined to be too broad to permit enforcement to its maximum extent, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of law.
- Assignment. Neither Party may assign, transfer, subcontract or delegate any right or obligation under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
- Notices. All notices shall be in writing and deemed effective when received by either electronic mail or paper mail at the address of the party to be notified provided in the introductory provision of this Agreement. Either party may change the address to which notices are to be sent by providing written notice to the other party as provided for in this section.
- Section Headings. Section headings are inserted for convenience only and shall not be used in any way to construe the terms of this Agreement.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement shall be deemed to express, embody and supersede all previous statements, promises, inducements, understandings, agreements, or commitments, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and to fully and finally set forth the entire agreement between the parties. No previous statement, promise, inducement, understanding, or agreement made by any party hereto that is not contained herein shall be binding or valid.
- Amendments. This Agreement may be modified only by a written amendment signed by authorized representatives of both Parties.
- Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
